This was the best experience I have had when towing. Called and was 45 minutes away and arrived in 45 minutes. Will only use them for all my towing needs.
If you ever are in need of a tow, I cannot recommend this company more! I had an accident in Michigan City and needed a tow 125 miles away to my city. They arrived a little bit earlier than scheduled and the driver could not have been kinder or more professional.
They made a really bad day for me less stressful!!
The driver dropped my car off to our body shop and they told me what a nice young man he was! Highly complimentary of him.
Broke down on 94 in Michigan and tow truck came and took my car and me to Michigan City IN. Showed up in a timely manner. Professional driver got the car loaded and on the road in the wonderful winter weather. Worked with insurance and was on about $20 out of pocket.
Had a flat tire, right rear. I called AAA , I didn't know what towing Company AAA was senting to replace tire with spare. The driver called and gave me est time of his arrival, which a mine relief. When he arrived he worked as quick as he could. I am 77 and had colon surgery 4 weeks ago. I could not change tire myself. Thank You Indiana Towing.
Driver did an excellent job. Totally satisfied with his work. Was able to pick up my vehicle in a timely manner. I hope he is getting paid a decent wage so.he can keep up with the cost of living. Hard to find good help these days.
My experience today with Perry was absolutely wonderful, he was very kind and informative, making sure to answer all questions. If your ever in now of a tow (unfortunate as that situation maybe) , Parry would be the guy to brighten the day with.
Great service and informative. Blew my tire out (shredded it) and my driver made sure AAA would allow my car to be towed to a shop that had my tire in stock. It takes sometimes two days to get a tire so that would’ve been a very expensive, long awaited replacement when traveling for work.
My thanks to the tow driver who got me and my vehicle safely from I-90 to the repair shop in LaPorte IN. I knew I was in capable hands right from the start.

Absolutely Terrible Service – Left Me Stranded for 4+ Hours!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This tow truck company is beyond unprofessional. My insurance contacted them to help me when I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. They called and told me they'd be there in 1 hour. Fine.
Then, after 1.5 hours passed, they called back and said they’d be there in 15 more minutes. That turned into another 40 minutes, and yet another call saying they were “a little busy” and would be 30 more minutes.
Guess what? THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I waited 4 hours and 30 minutes with zero help and no updates after that.
This is the kind of company that says whatever you want to hear just to buy time, and clearly has no respect for people’s safety or time. I ended up arranging my own help.
Avoid this company at all costs — especially if your safety depends on it. They’re unreliable, dishonest, and completely unaccountable.

I was very happy with the service I’ve received. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Indiana towing again for my towing needs.
We broke down during a family vacation near Michigan City. Called up Indiana Towing and they were on time, communicated with us when on the way, and were very professional and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
