When you have an account with B & J and you call they place you on hold to take care of in store customers and don’t return to your call, I tried calling back as I have a customer in my shop waiting for me to order a common part they once again placed me on hold for 5 more minutes and then they hung up as a result I will be pulling my account out of B & J and use another parts store due to they really don’t care about $100k+ I spend a year there. This isn’t the first time that this has happened!!

I went to every auto parts store I could to locate a locking lug nut. Finally I was referred to this store Took less than five minutes to find exactly the lug nut I need. AAA +
I prefer this place over others do to having great quality at lower prices. If they don’t hand something they can usually have out for you the same day.
The ppl working there are awesome. Prices are fair and they go out their way to direct you to good mechanics. Believe me, they know the guys that do good work. They have another location in East Chicago. Went there to have dull lights professionally cleaned. One of the employees took a look at the headlights, came out with a can of $3.00 cream and presto lights were bright again. Another place had told us $95.00 to remove lights and clean them .SHAMEFUL.
I love this place! The people here are awesome very professional very helpful!! I would go to them any day!! Very quick and accurate when it comes to receiving parts!! My fiancé and I give this place a 5 star rating!
All right this is the part store where everyone knows your name you go in there the guys are always nice and friendly and they will try to help you the best I can if they don't have the part they will get you that part 9 out of 10 times they are cheaper than anyone else I stopped in get batteries paint supplies you name it they can pretty much get you anything whether it's rims for your car tires Parts on your car headlights HIDs LEDs you name it there's a guy there named Tom which is the manager he runs the show there he usually goes out of his way to help you whether it's him going outside and put in the battery in for you or changing the windshield wipers for you he's a great guy sometimes even lend you tools work on your car right outside you have a checking engine light no problem in check it out for you you're not sure if your battery is good guess what they have a machine for that too he will go outside hook it up to your car let you know if your battery is good your alternator is good or you have any other issues great auto parts store definitely stop in for all your auto needs
