Incredible service. This team will repair your car correctly, while also finding the true root problem. I had a throttle position sensor fault, but this team saved me a couple hundred bucks by telling me it was a different problem that causes a TPS fault code. They fixed the other problem and my car is back on the road with no issues.

Excellent shop. My wife’s suburban developed an issue while visiting family. I was states away in MN but Newcomer’s got our suburban in quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem and were very reasonably priced. Excellent communication and service. Honest, straightforward people.

Was very very pleased with the service we received. They went above and beyond what most towing companies would have done. When my fiancee was involved in an accident because another driver was distracted, I was expecting to have to drive all the way to the scene of the accident to pick her up, but instead, the wrecker driver gave her a ride back to their place where I picked her up instead. Saved me about a 30-minute drive. They were very kind and considerate with letting us get a few things out of the vehicle that night, and we were able to finish cleaning out the vehicle a few days later. I even received a very decent price on fixing the problems I was having on another vehicle. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. Thank you so much for helping.

Tow truck wouldn’t park my car in the easier spot. Refused before he began to park it where I wanted it. There were no safety issues. Two previous flatbed tow trucks did it without hesitation. No reason for him to refuse. Instead I had to move my car out of his way because that’s where he was parking it. He was unprofessional and uncooperative and all I did was ask him to park it in the easier spot. I hope I never need them again.
I am am insurance agent and called Newcomer's because I had an insured break down in the area. They promptly went and picked her and her vehicle up. They went above and beyond to get her car going but after figuring out they couldn't until the next day an amazing man visiting the shop gave her his own van to drive without even knowing her name. This business and that amazing man put our faith back in humanity! Thank you for being who you are!!
These guys will treat you right. They go above and beyond for their customers. They have for me in a few different situations. I will continue to take my vehicle to this place everytime I need any kinda repair.

My husband was quoted a high price from another place for work "that may fix the problem", but I took my vehicle to Newcomer and not only did they give me a much lower price, they came and got my vehicle and brought it back while I was at work!! Totally awesome job!

Tracy Newcomer is the owner and is very rude. I will never go back to that place nor recommend it to anyone. The mechanics there are not honest and try to keep you coming back. Don't waste your money
