I stopped by after buying a battery elsewhere because the original store didn’t have time to install it. The team here was so kind — they switched it out for me right away and didn’t even charge for the service. That kind of customer care is rare these days! I really appreciate their help and will definitely come back here in the future. Thank you for your patience and kindness
Absolutely shit service. I walked in with my uncle. My uncle got help from the ine associate but the other one just walked by me 5 different times as I was standing at the register. Like I understand I walked in with my uncle but I had a pair of light bulbs in hand that I was wanting to purchase. Absolutely shitty
Huge shoutout to Nappanee Autozone for going above & beyond! We had a cat stuck in the wheel well of the car & called to see if they could help since no shop was open on Sunday. One of the employees Kirt came over when he got off work and got us access to the cat to get him out. The cat was ok thank god & we are so grateful for Autozone employee to have taken the time to come over and help!
Customer service is AMAZING at this store, especially the store manager, Mandi! She went above and beyond to help me change out my battery. Highly recommend.
This store has the nicest staff EVER. I am from out of town, I was lost, and I had no cell signal. One of the employees ,Alyssa, was about to leave work and was going in the direction I needed to be, she said I could follow her. I said great if you get me to the general area, I can find the place. She did more than that, went out of her way, and brought me exactly to where I needed to be. You don't get that kind of down home service much these days. If I lived in the area I would be regularly patronizing this store!
Don’t waste your time. Walked in trying to find a specific oil. Nobody cared to help just sat on the counter for ten minutes with no offer of help. Left without buying anything or a word from the staff. Definitely won’t waste my time going back and I suggest you do the same.
After getting an email that my part was ready to pickup, employee told me it wouldn't be there for a few hours without even checking. Told me "we'll maybe it's on Nappanee St, buts it's not in Nappanee". On round 2 she told my employee I was supposed to call before coming back and it was against the rules for someone else to pick it up, but turned around and gave him the part.
I had a great experience! Kurt was very helpful and attentive. He helped me figure out what was wrong and what was the best thing to do to help my troubles. He changed one of the lights in my truck for me and had a very positive attitude the whole time. Didn't make me feel stupid for not understanding things and explained them nicely. Highly recommend!
We had an air sensor and an ABS sensor and they not only went out of their way to help us, but had another worker bring the part we needed from another store the SAME DAY. Chris even came out and helped us install our new air sensor and gave us some good advice. AWESOME customer service!
I went to Autozone because I had a burnt taillight out. I already had a bulb I bought a while ago because my other one was out and the bulbs came in packs of 2. Anyways, I walked in and asked one of the employees if they could change my taillight and the woman said they didn’t do that, but the manager, Chris, overheard our conversation and immediately jumped in to offer his assistance. Within minutes he had my taillight changed. I offered to pay him but he refused and instead he wanted me to share my experience by leaving a review. He was so kind and so quick to help and I couldn’t be more thankful. I highly recommend Chris and his store, they are more then willing to help you with your auto needs!
New Year's day which is today we stopped in at AutoZone to get windshield wipers for a trip back to Arkansas got the wrong wipers at first and then the gentleman named Christopher went out of his way to help my husband find the right one and he also installed them for us so that we can have a safe trip home just wanted to leave an exceptional review for an exceptional store and an exceptional person thank you Christopher Happy New Year to all of you
Wife alerted me that her car needed brakes on my drive home from work. Called AutoZone parts in stock and about 20% cheaper than the new O'Reillys that opened this month across the street from them. I'll always price check competitors but they won by far this time!
Iv been buying from autozone for years and iv always get great customer service and they usually have the parts I need in stock if not I get them transferred by the next day
I went in there thinking I needed a new battery well that didn't work out my battery was fine they tested it for me very very very satisfied then my car wouldn't start at all we all thought it was the starter and they allowed me to leave my car there until I can get it towed. I was very grateful that they did that because it was like 90 degrees outside a holiday and I couldn't get any help from anywhere. The gal that work there and the guy that helped me or extremely kind I'm very grateful
The young man was very helpful and came out to help us test our battery on or car. He told us that it was one of their batteries and it was under warranty and replaced it for Free. Thank you Auto Zone.
Waaaaaaaaay better than the people at Advance Auto in Bremen. They actually make sure you have the parts you are looking for. And exchanging a part that was defective was ridiculously easy, even without a receipt! They just looked up the phone number i gave them and found the transaction. Unlike Advance Auto who won’t even look up your transaction without a receipt.
