I purchased a used 2017 F150 from a new car dealership in February of this year. 2 weeks later transmission issues. Spoke with my daughter and she said take it to Phil at, Hepton road Auto. I did. They towed it in fixed it and back on the road. Very pleased. Since then HRA as done 2 full sets of walk in tires for me. I self diagnosed my running issue, was close but wrong and I Spoke to Phil at HRA and explained the codes, he then did some research and pointed me in the right direction. I fixed my issues. Phil is a super guy. Hepton Road Auto is Outstanding. If you need great quality work done at fair prices and you don't contact HRA, then your paying too much and your stupid. 5 STARS. I WILL NOT GO ANY PLACE ELSE.

As a loyal customer I feel the need to share why I'm loyal. Today while I was out and about I had a tire go down. I called someone back at my office to pick me up, I also called Phil and requested a tow. He nearly beat my ride to the scene and very promptly the repairs was made and I was back on the road. Phil and staff maintain our fleet of big trucks and also my families vehicles. He understands that the trucks need to stay on the road and my family is to arrive safely. They may not be the cheapest garage around but I guarantee the services rendered are done correctly and in a timely fashion. Was able to get in at the last minute with no weight called and made an appointment for the next day instead of having to wait a week at my usual place . lots of classic cars extremely knowledgeable and friendly helpful the prices are good will definitely be going back
We have been so lucky to have Phil as our mechanic for many years. He does all of our vehicle repairs and maintenance and I would never, ever go anywhere else! He’s very fair, trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and extremely knowledgeable, (I swear he can diagnose and fix anything!) I will never go back again. Told him to call me and let me know how much it will cost before he does anything because I didn’t want to spend more than 400. Got a call that it was done and my total was 850! A couple months later I took my car to a different mechanic for the exact same issues. This mechanic told me that it didn’t look like Hepton road changed anything that he charged me for. Would not recommend him to anyone and will NEVER go back!! Also marked up parts so he made money off those, not just his labor.
Phil has taken care of my personal and company vehicles. He is always understanding of the issues and very time efficient. I highly recommend anyone this vehicle service center to anyone in need of a quality mechanic.
Great service. Able to come out and tow my car on short notice and repair it in a timely manner. Also very accommodating to helping me pick up the car to work around my schedule.
