HUGE shout out to Josh!! Our diesel had gelled up on us at a local hotel and he had us emergency additive delivered to us within an hour!! We were on the road 15 minutes later!! Thank u again Josh, your customer service exceeded anything we thought possible in this weather!!!
The guy had me stand there for a good 5 minutes trying to figure out if he can order the part I wanted for me at a different store, and was very unsuccessful. He recommended stuff that was way out of budget or not related to the part that I wanted. Hopefully next time it's not that bad.
Wrong rotors….TWICE!!! Then no response when I emailed the company about it. Ridiculous. I checked the part # myself the second time, but silly me only checked the top box. Got home to find the box on the bottom was a different rotor. This of course was after figuring out the first trip that they gave me rear rotors, not front. Gave me the right front pads, but wrong rotors. Come on O’Reilly, I thought auto parts was kinda your thing.
We was visiting from Ohio and our windshield wipers was bad Brandon help my disabled husband change them in the pouring rain Thank you so much Brandon for helping us
20 miles from town my alternator goes out. Brandon was very helpful to test everything and make sure then find the right part for me. He also made sure I had everything I needed to get it swapped out. I will definitely be back ×hen I am in town picking up a load.
Awesome. The guy helped me change my fuse, find the right fuse for another box and explained that the yellow plastic thing in the fuse box was/is a tool! Who knew?! 57 years old and learned something new today.. thank you O'Reilly!
If i could give 0 stars, I would lmao.
They have absolutely no sense of customer service, will ignore customers that are standing right in front of them needing help, give poor advice when they do actually help you, and never have any parts people need. I've been in there multiple times needing parts to be told they had them, but then when the figured out I worked for autozone, said nope they don't have them, but when I would have a friend call a few hours later and ask for the same part, they said again they had it and sold it to him. Its petty and childish.
Literally the whole town thinks this store is awful. I havent spoken to one person that has had a good experience here.
I would highly suggest management being coached on how to coach their employees on how to treat customers. If i treated my customers the way they treated their customers, I would be written up on the spot.
