Shady business. They had a car that was totaled and we planned on bidding on it to buy it back. Created an account and saved the car in the watchlist. It says online we would get an email when it was going to auction. This concerned me so I called and was told that they will send emails out for anyone that has it in their watchlist. Months went by and it was still not scheduled. I checked last Wednesday and still no auction assigned. I checked this morning, 1 week later. It sold yesterday. Absolutely no email. Copart lied. They don’t care about the customers either so don’t think they’ll give you the benefit of doubt. Copart should deal in trash services because they are pure garbage. I’d put 0/5 stars if it was an option. This company doesn’t deserve 1 star
For the most part, it was a simple visit to pick up my vehicle. The bullpin had a lot of debris in the parking lot, obviously due to vehicles with collision damage being moved through the area. So be aware you may get debris in a tire while in the lot picking up vehicles. They did dispose of my lisc. plate for some unknown reason, now I have the hassle of getting it replaced at the BMV.
Copart is actively trying to steal one of our cars after our insurance company decided to total loss it after hail damage. We got the call from Copart stating they’re going to pick up the vehicle from the body shop before we ever heard anything from insurance. We stated that we’re going to retain the vehicle, which both Copart and insurance acknowledged. Just found out that Copart deleted the retention paperwork and are trying to find out which body shop the vehicle is at. I’ve never done business with Copart before, but after this one instance (along with all the other terrible reviews I’ve read), I highly recommend everyone to steer clear of this crooked company.
Copart is a great place to sell your vehicle and get a fair price. The ladies inside are always friendly and willing to deal with whatever situation may happen. Why goes through the hassle of selling your car online or at a dealer with people that are going to try to lowball you when you can just get a fair market price for your vehicle and walk out the door satisfied. if I could give Copart 10 stars, I would.
My van got repossessed and I told them I was gonna pay it off and pick it up. And I did my van only sat there 2 weeks until I got the money. When I got my van back someone had went threw it and stole my sons brand new Nike jacket and my daughters brand new Hurley jacket! I understand I got it repossessed but I was making payments to get it back. I now have to go buy them new jackets. And a portable dvd player was stolen that place is a joke!
Bought a vehicle hear at this Copart Location. They put it as a run and drive motor had a knocking sound. The Title was pending. We called them tried to resolve the issues, representative looked up the car & said it was supposed to be a Mechanical car according to our Notes, but our system somehow put it as a perfect Run& Drive Minor Dents and scratches. So even in this case with there own pure Evidence they would not take a vehicle back that was falsely Advertised on there Auction according to there System and Notes! And Still Haven’t received The Title. Copart is blaming my driver that they gave him a Title that was Pending for two weeks after we got the car. But still no Title to be found, there way out of this is just to create a Duplicate Title that will take a questionable amount of time. And we have to get a Completely New Motor for the car. If anyone knows of any good Lawyer that would like to look into all the fraud Committed by Copart you will have a Great case. They need to stop committing Fraud.
Them clowns they have on forklifts keep adding more damage to the vehicles and their management don’t take responsibility unfortunately what a shame !!
Last year they sold me a car that was flooded without announcing it !

purchased a vehicle with lot number 4914093 2012 Dodge Avenger few days from Fort Wayne branch. Upon the arrival of the vehicle today I noticed it doesn’t start nor drive as stated in the listing after jumping the the vehicle it started with very obnoxious loud sound. Upon looking below I found out that the vehicle catalyst converter has been cut off.. making the vehicle unresponsive at all. I called the branch and they gave me managers email and no response from him neither .
made appointment to take car out , but no body help me take car out, closed at 4:25pm ,outside is cold frizzing , at night i had battery died and i was calling 911 caus my truck doesn’t start, and i was frozen , yes its copart fault the should release car , and i thin this is court time, i had asked my lawyer he said its big case against copart
HORRIBLE!!!!! I was told by webuycars.com that my car would be towed on Friday or Monday by co part. I called late Friday to confirm and they said it was "Going to be today but it got out of our system schedule" so they tell me Monday. Now it's Monday and it got late in the day so I called again and they said the exact same thing. I had explained to them numerous times that I am out of a vehicle, I need the 600 right now that they were going to give me because I am penniless and have no rides anywhere, and that the police department kept calling me complaining about my vehicle being parked where it's parked. They said that it is the towing company's fault. The towing company is co part. I call them and they say it's not their problem, and that they only have five people working and it can take up to three or four weeks to get a car towed. I told the lady at co part that I needed the services done today like I was promised and she hung up on me.
The men who work here are liars and thieves. They stole stuff from inside of a vehicle they were told not to go through; after saying it WASNT there. Then they destroyed personal things and threw them away, and put what they wanted to in the trunk. Weirdos.
Today 11/30/2021 I a transporter got here at 2:30pm to pick up 2 cars and a motorcycle I drive a 10 car carrier every other copart I go they always telling me to just put one car on the queue cause if not it will get full and it’s true if I come pick up 10 cars it will full up now I got here and JR charnley didn’t want to give me the other 2 cars claiming that the queue is full i took pictures of the office empty and the lot empty and told me I got to wait till tomorrow to pick up when I got here at 2:30 with employee like this is how a business go out off business I say corp office should look into this a truck running another day wasting diesel my time away from my family another day it’s not right just because a person doesn’t know how to run a business and tomorrow they going to want to charge storage
Why does this copart not allow pick ups after 4. They close at 5. They also do not have appointments available for drivers to pick up. I was there at 330 yesterday with 1 other truck and there were no appointments available. Just trying to cash in on storage fees
These people are so inconsiderate of other people. My insurance company had my recently totalled car taking to this place . I went to get my license plate because the back of the vehicle had no damage. Instead of using a tool to remove my license plate they decided to rip it off of the car Destroying it in the process.
Very unethical way to do business, I bid and won a vehicle on line the vehicle I bid on had all the headlights and taillights on when I went to pick it up it was missing all of them along with the tail pipe was dismounted as if they been taking parts off prior to pickup the manager refused to talk me to take care of the issue as I was waiting for a response drivers deliverig/ receiving vehicle's damaged a couple of them just being careless stay clear of this place this people don't care at all about you the customer that provides them with a job

Sign in on kiosk and nobody bothers to call to say they need to download transportation app. Then you download app ...Empty with no tows or no people and still had to wait 1 hr to get loaded up.need to fall into a slot. But its empty. Smdh. Ive been to busier coparts that were faster than this location. Joke. Send transportation company next time.

Place is a total joke. They care 0% about their customers. I buy a car that says it’s in Ft. Wayne but it’s actually in Hartford City which is 55 miles from Ft. Wayne. Told them I didn’t want it because it was misrepresented. They said I had to buy it because I was the final bidder. Ok “bring it to Ft. Wayne then”. No. So I had to pay $175 for a tow instead of $40. They don’t care. Dealt with them for 2 sales & both were disasters. I own Economy Auto Parts & would NEVER treat a customer like this. I’ve never given anyone a 1 star review but I’m just that disgusted.
