Quoted a price based on year of vehicle and size of tire and rim. I wanted my new tires mounted and balanced quoted 120.00 and I asked if that included tire disposal because I wanted the old ones back for one of our many derby cars, and it save a few dollars on both projects. ( They said same price either way) OK... Sounds good) got charged 141.00. Secondly the allignment, I let them know I have coilovers and rear adjustable Megan racing control arms, which actually makes it even easier and I was quoted a decent price, the allignment wasn't done! I was told at pickup, so price is a non issue here. But I think it was the dishonesty about "not being able to do the alignment, because we need weights" that was the part that irritated me most. Especially using a Hunter machine (that their site brags about) doesn't require "weights." Funny thing is we used the same machine at our vw/audi shop dealership.
Very friendly and FAST service! They were able to replace my flex pipe and muffler for a price I was very satisfied with and much faster than I expected! I highly recommend Herrin Muffler and Tire Repair to anyone who requires their services! I will be returning!
I've gone there 2x this year last minute separation. One to have a tire mounted on a wheel, and the 3nd to have a tire plugged from picking up a nail. They're very fast and they make no promises, but will try to get you taken care of before close. Great group of guys that really do a great job.
Bad experience.....My appointment was at 3:00 PM to have a Thermostat put in because I have no heat in my vehicle....they took my car back a hour later....I got home still no heat after charging me over $200.00 to put in the thermostat....I feel I got ripped off because I'm a woman.....not a satisfied customer!!!!

Close to my home, been there twice with a couple of 500 dollar fixes and hope to decrease the price if I continue with them. Cheap prices for broken parts way high charge for services. Also help wanted sign always up, I 'd like to have someone familiar with my car.
Felt very welcoming and helpful. The guy working on my car showed me each part that needed to be fixed or replaced and told me the break down of the cost and why before I left. It was fixed an hour and a half later for a very fair price. Would recommend!
I went to get my breaks done. They didn’t tighten all the lug nuts after on 2 of my tires. They were literally loose enough that they were able to be screwed/unscrewed by hand. Felt very dangerous as it made my normally reliable vehicle feel shaky and vibrate loudly.

Dropped my truck off to get a slow leak in a back tire fixed. 15 minutes later it was done. I went to this business because when my daughter came to visit last year her car broke down. These guys found the problem quickly and got it fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Pay in cash and avoid the card fee that small businesses get charged.
My husband brought our jeep here to put on a muffer that he pre purchased specifically for our jeep wrangler 2009. He got a quote then when he picked it up they gave him some song and dance about about it not fitting correctly, blah blah blah. He charged 300.00 more than the quote, almost twice as much. Never going back. Stay away from this place they can't wait to rip you off.

Had a hole in my exhaust repaired, a new muffler and two feet of tailpipe. Service took about an hour. Chatted it up with the staff and connected over veteran stories. Price was reasonable. I came here on a referral and I'm glad I did.
I had several issues with my exhaust system and this shop was exactly what I needed. Russ, the mechanic for my car, was amazing and kind. I was nervous about cutting it up and welding the system and he explained it to me and answered my questions. Great people. I'll definitely come back if I ever need any more work! :)
Excellent service. The will communicate via text. Took the time to help me pick tires with a great value. Absolutely all around great experience both times I was there. They will be my first stop when I need a tire and muffler shop.
Super fast service. I know Jerry Brown & his wife Lisa. They are good people!! Needed a tire patched from a nail, took less than 10 minutes from the time I got there until the time I left. The only OUCH about the experience was the $20 patch charge. I was expecting $5 or $10 which is the typical rate charged at a variety of Marion businesses -- and Quick Lane has patched my tires multiple times free of charge! Of course, the wait is always longer in Marion if they can even get you in the same day. I guess it's a trade-off.

I waited 2 weeks for my appointment. These guys are good I'm told. I'm told they are the best around. I'm told they cannot do wrong.
I will not be bringing my business to the people here, and I'm telling everyone I already know that goes to herrin muffler and tire to stop going. Here is why.
I waited 2 weeks. I was told I can bring my car in the day before or the next day. I called at 9 am and was told there's no time in the day now and my appointment was at 8. Apparently they are now too overly busy to see me.
None of this was communicated prior to this. I was simply told a day to bring my car in. Period. Yesterday was Labor day, they were closed so instead of bringing my car in the night before I planned on dropping off the kids then bringing my car in first thing in the morning. Like any other adult would do?
I highly discourage giving your business to herrin muffler & tire. Speak with your dollars and let them know what's unacceptable.
If we could leave 10 stars we would! We had the frame of our trailer rust out by the leaf strap. Russ helped us out and gave us steps to take to fix this issue. He was so helpful and accommodating to go out of his way to point us in the right direction. We took care of the issues on our end and then took it back to Russ. He was able to line everything up and weld things back to place! We are so thankful and grateful for Russ and the great service at this awesome local shop!

exactly what they quoted. Very nice group of men to do business with. Very quick and efficient will definitely recommend them to everyone.
Took my daughter's car in bc I thought there was an issue with the tire. They took it right in, took it for a ride, found the problem and gave me some prices in less than 20 minutes. Great place. Great customer service and very friendly.
Very quick exhaust work. Had them take stock muffler off and put Flowmaster on. Did good work and very quickly at decent price. Took just over 30 minutes.
Made a custom dual exhaust for my Chevy truck. The exhaust expert worked with me to get the parts that I wanted, and his workmanship on the installation was fantastic. The price was very fair, and the work was done quickly. I was so pleased that I tipped him $20. Well done!
