I love going to the Herrin Autozone! Eden especially went above and beyond the basic customer service expectations. She helped me add coolant to my car one day and she has educated me more than anyone else has on car information. She is so sweet and helpful and I am so happy that I am able to walk into the store and not feel like I am being upsold on things I don't need!

Addison b was very helpful and professional not only did he help me with everything I need he looked up information and everything to help me fix my vehicle best performance I've ever seen from a AutoZone worker by far !

I had a head light out and addison was so awesome he changed it for me ! I love this auto zone they are always so helpful and friendly! Herrin ill auto zone rocks!

Eden helped me check my headlight to see if it was out. She went above and beyond. This is an older vehicle and getting to the headlight bulb was a pain. Not to mention the old parts were hard to maneuver or we were afraid they would break. Eden even checked fuses by pulling them out and looking at them. I was very pleased with the help I got. Ty Eden. Great help to me.

Pretty upset today. My mechanic called the store to see if they had a part for my car. Was told that they didn't have one but Marion did and he asked if they could contact Marion and they could hold it for me and have it ready when I got there to pay for her cuz I was coming on my lunch break drove all the way to Marion on my lunch break which is only a 30-minute break stood in line for almost 15 minutes of my 30 minute break. Mind you by the time I got to the counter I was told that they had nothing for me nor did they get a call letting them know to put any parts back for me. They knew nothing about it. I called the store that told my mechanic that they would do that and was told that they thought that he didn't want it done after all so they never did it. So I called my mechanic and he said that he never told them that he didn't want it done. He told them that he needed it done so I could come pick it up. So basically they dropped the ball. I'm the one that was out wasting my gas wasting my lunch break wasting my time just a half to go back after I got off work at 7:00 tonight and go get the parts. Also was almost 10 minutes late getting back to my job due to the fact of them screwing around I would not suggest using herrin AutoZone for anything they don't care about their customers. They're rude and disrespectful

Addison has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND with customer service! Pulled in to have my battery replaced, that poor guy got more than he bargained for. The old battery posts had been hammered down over the terminal and it took an act of Congress to get that old battery out. He worked on it for at least an hour, in the cold, with success. Wouldn’t let me drive away til everything was right. Truly professional. Don’t see that much anymore these days. GIVE THAT BOY A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!

I went to O’Reillys to purchase a license plate lightbulb for my vehicle, I asked the gentleman and the woman if there was any way they could help me change it cause I had no idea how to , they said no. My vehicle was too Difficult , so I purchased the light bulbs left, got in my car & Immediately called auto zone to see if they would help me with my issue , the gentleman that answered the phone, I explained what had happened & he said his coworker Addison would love to help me ,I pulled up & Addison with no Hesitation came out & took a look , he was so Polite, helpful, nice , understand & didn’t complain not one bit ( even though it was raining ) he jumped into action & fixed my lights . I wanna say thank you for your kind help & thank you for being you , I was lost & had no idea how to fix it . You Definitely Deserve a raise in my eyes. I’ll always come to auto zone & ask for Addison . Thanks again

I went in for a battery knowing nothing about cars. Addison was very kind, knowledgeable, and put my battery in for me, then explained what to watch for and showed me best fuel cleaner they have. Thank you Addison 😊 Amy

I went in for a battery. I didn't know anything about batteries. Don lent me a one person jumper cable. Got the car to Auto Zone in Herrin. Don took my old battery out. And put the new one in. Renewed my faith in Gentleman. Ty Don. You're wonderful!

Autozone in Herrin is your best option for auto parts. The service was great. Carl and Don helped my girl friend fix her oil leak. It hasn't leaked since. Quality service!

I have went to through auto zone for awhile now they have been very helpful to me, anything they I need they always help today a worker helped me and even ran a code reader on my truck and told me what I need and told him stuff I may need to get and let me know of a deal that was going on and said people are getting the bundle $20-$30 dollars cheaper compared to buying it all separate I greatly appreciate this business and their support and strongly recommend you go to them anytime you need help. They help everyone and I'm sure they can and will help you too.

Why do batteries always die on the day you need your car most? Autozone jn Herrin saved my day!!! My battery was dead on the way to an important event, but so hard to reach. They went the extra mile and changed it for me on the spot anyway. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that!

We drove down for Christmas from north Illinois, and had the service engine light come on. Glenn W did a code scan on my Suburban and it came up with a mass airflow sensor issue, he had the part right on hand and INSTALLED it for me right there. Saved me having to do it while getting everything ready for Christmas Eve, and gave me peace of mind for the trip back. I'll be coming back here for any car issues I have the next time I'm in town! Thanks a million!

Glen at the Herrin Illinois Store was awesome. He took great care of getting my battery installed, so that me & my kids would be safe on a long trip home. He was kind and professional. I’d go back to this store just because of his service!

Went to Auto Zone in Herrin to try and find me a a Chilton auto repair manual for my 2013 Buick Regal. Was talking to Glenn and he said they didn’t carry them. He asked me what kind of problem I had been having. I believe it was some kind of tire noise. Their was another employee in the store and they were not busy at the time. He grabbed his flashlight and proceeded to look at all the tires. Explained to me what he saw. I learned a lot from him. Auto Zone should be glad they hired Glenn. I am. Carl

Very friendly and helpful staff Robyn was very helpful Josh from the Benton store was there to give good advice. Glen is amazing! Had issues with my car all week and he was super helpful. Went in for a couple lug nuts and not only did he help get the right ones. He changes all of them out for me right in the parking lot. 5 stars all the way herrin store you rock! Give glen a raise he goes that extra mile for people. He’s a keeper.

I had a great experience with the worker named Glenn. I had break fluid leaking and he helped me fix the problem that took a hour of his time. I couldn’t thank him enough!

Typically AutoZone is my go-to place for parts. Having the location is Herrin is great and extremely convenient. My ONLY reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is due to the lack of help/knowledgeable assistance. The staff here seems very confused (which I understand it's a new store), but it seems like I never see the person twice. Its always someone new. Maybe this will change soon and I can bump this rating up to 5.

Was advised to come here with some issues I was having with my car, young gentleman zeb had read my codes and showed me my issue I was having. Lucky enough they had the part I needed and I had purchased it and had it changed and have no had a problem since. Much appreciated and will definitely be coming here with any father issues.

Came in here a little while back and Zeb and josh helped me around and chatted with me about the problems I was having with the car. They helped with ever thing I had to throw at them, definitely will be coming back here to the zone.

Went in a few days ago to get some parts and oil and such for my mechanic to work on my car for me, they had a promotion going on with the oil and I brought it up to the counter for the salesman to tell me it's the wrong type oil...3 times and did not point me into the correct direction or even tell me which one it was...then when I bought the breakpads he sold it to me without the hardware when clearly I said what I needed. This is not the first time I've dealt with bad costumer service/lack of knowledge at this location specifically...will not be returning. Recommending you save your time and go elsewhere too.

I came in today needing an air filter and a cabin filter for my 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. The service people wanted way too much to change these so I set out to do it myself. Once I got the filters, I had no clue on how they installed, I was shocked as to how complicated they made these newer cars. I told the parts man, Jacob M that I didn't know how they went in the car. He came out and showed me how they went into the vehicle. I am so thankful that there are still helpful people like Jacob M. that help you when you are at a wall with fixing a car, thank you very much!
