I called this morning for status on my car since I didn't get a call back Friday for response becausei was told a call back. I've never been treated so rudely over the phone the woman told me we will call you! no need to call every day! I told her i haven't If you want your car pick it up!I was like wow as I customer I just wanted an update since today will be 3weeks she responded the same again response again I spoke to Mr Walt was explained short staffed I understand but she didn't have to talk to me like that didn't deserve it was told pick up my car if I needed it again I said no need after I hung up I decided to take it somewhere else' no one she be treated the way I was treated never again very hurt and disappointed
Walts is The most fair, honest mechanic that you would probably ever deal with. I recommend this place there's a reason he's been in business over 20 years it isn't by coincidence.
Walt's is a solid repair shop, I've brought multiple cars throughout the years for alignment and oil changes and each time done with speed, they don't let cars sit around.No pressure for additional repairs.Small lobby is also kept spotless.
Walt has been keeping my jalopies running for years, and I'm typically pretty hard on my cars. I had a Camry that ran for 20+ years, and now my Van is about to hit 15. I keep thinking it's time for a new one, but Walt won't let her die. He's definitely way more affordable than a car payment. Thanks Walt!
Great and quick service to fix my AC. Got an appointment the very next day. Very professional and honest advice! I’ll definitely be using Walt’s again!
I'm really disappointed of this shop. Walter accepted to work in a 1981 Corvette, but he couldn't do nothing to get fix, he took 15 days to realize that he wasn't able to do it, and the worse part was, he decided to drive my car to other nasty shop, without my knowledge.
I will never come back again to this place, 😤 the only good thing in this place is the lady in the front desk, she is very kind and friendly

I live in indianapolis and Walt’s was a referral for 2013 Traverse and he was so kind to hold the vehicle til I got there and the vehicle was awesome. I drove it back to Indianapolis 3 hours away and that vehicle handled the road exceptionally well!!! My son drove this vehicle all the way to Fort Worth Texas with no issues whatsoever! A whole year later and only needed regular oil changes….
Very nice shop and people! Came here with a issue with my car was able to diagnose it and was able to get a quick appointment and car was done in in no time at all! Hard to find good places like this will definitely be back!

The air conditioner wasn't cooling enough.
He called and explained what he needed to do before doing the work and the price. I'm extremely happy and just in time for the 90 degree weather.
He had the work done within 2 hours after being dropped off.

Very Honest mechanic it's hard to find one these days. Very friendly people and the prices are very fair. Went for a alignment and I got a sheet that showed the adjustments they did on my suspension. Mechanics just don't do that and I really appreciated that gesture!!! Will come back!!!
Just came to get an wheel alignment they seen my chambers were backwards from the previous shop instead of them sending me back to the shop that did the work they fixed them they’re self and got me done and out the way free of charge highly recommended by me I’m definitely getting work done with them in the future.
Walt is very professional, I had to leave my car there for a while until I got things situated and you don’t meet meaning owners who is understanding. Walt never rushed me to move my car or anything… he will be getting more of my business.
Diagnosed and changed my thorttle body. Walt and the guys I spoke to were very helpful and flexible on when I was able to drop my car off and pick it up. Pricing was great and work was great as well. Great shop, definitely recommend and will be going back.
I think these these guys are great. Walt seems very genuine and helpful. I came in late in the afternoon for an alignment and some suspension questions. He not only fit me into the busy schedule, he actually gave the truck a thorough check and gave me great advice. Honest help , quality work and very fair prices. I'll be back
Well I was told by a friend that these guys were good. Brought my car in and, after it being there for 2 days, told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong and that I would have to bring to ford. Brought to another shop they found the problem in less then 24 hours, fixed it and only charged me $160. Stay away from here. EDIT: They responded after 6 years saying they don't see me as a customer. They did none of the work, they only attempted to diagnose, in which after 2 days they said it would need to go to Ford. They did not charge me, but it took another shop less than a day to diagnose and only $160 to fix.
Walt goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right. The receptionist is also very nice and helpful. They fixed the noise on my Jeep and now they’re fixing my van. Great shop and great people. Thank you!!

Was a great experience. Walt’s and Cpc powder coating work together to get the job done well the first time. No complaints. Was out of state and they got me in and out in just about 7 hours. Can’t guarantee that for everyone but 8-5 is still damn good for the work quality. Thanks guys will be back with more.
Thank you to CPC Powder Coating and Walt's Automotive for doing a superb job on my wheels. Dropped it off at 8am and picked it up at 5 pm just as they promised. The representative who I spoke to was a very pleasant young lady named Heather. She explained the whole process and booked my appointment. She was very polite and knowledgeable. Also I would like to mention Walt who is the owner of Walt's Automotive for doing his part in the process. I can't say enough good things about them. I will definitely be coming back to have my wife's car done. Soon as I get the chance I will post pics of the wheels. Once again Great job CPC and Walt's Automotive!!!
Walts has really great running shop with a staff of knowledgeable and professional Mechanics which also have great customer service skills as well! I can't say enough about this shop, but I want to let everyone know this is only shop I will continue to do business with and highly recommend everyone else to do the same!
