I had an amazing experience with CPC. I dropped my wheels off in the morning and got a call at 3pm saying they were ready. You can't beat that kind of service.

The first picture was the before. I didn't like how the silver wheels looked on the car as they took away the contour shape of it. But I did like the spokes so I went to CPC to get them changed to Black Chrome II. I found this color seems to change throughout the day & night. That was an additional feature i wasn't expecting. Love the way these came out! Thank you to everyone at CPC ?

This company is the best in town for powder coating wheels. I’m in the auto business and mgr at a dealership. The work is impeccable compared to other venders that try to compete and cut corners just to make cost margins. They have done all my trucks. CPC with Dave and Amanda will be the only place I recommend or do powder coatings for any of our customers or friend and family in the Chicagoland area. You will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact you will be stunned when you see the results and grin cheek to cheek!!! I first came here back in 2020. Once in a while you find some exemplary business and you can't believe your good fortune in finding it. I have a black label Lincoln Navigator L. All the waxing and washing and driving care in the world left slight corrosion/scratches on the surface of my 22 inch aluminum wheels. I had an appointment with a guy in Wisconsin who had a buffing wheel to polish aluminum wheels. He wanted over $100 per wheel and said "Once they leave my shop, they are your problem". I was unsatisfied. I called around and found perhaps the finest powder coat facility in the United States, CPC in Crest Hill near Joliet. I arrived at 6:00 A.M. after having made an appointment the previous day. I was treated like a VIP, greeted by a caring, friendly, professional staff. I sat in a deluxe customer lounge with coffee, snacks, Internet and a big screen TV. At 4:30 P.M, the wheels were completely restored to new condition, scratch-free, expertly polished and sealed in a glossy powdercoat that will keep the pristine look, guaranteed for ten years. Absolutely highest recommendation, ten stars without hesitation. One shop has to be the best...flawless, ultra-professional work and customer service. This is a family owned facility that values you patronage and it is clear that they carefully hired nothing but professional craftsmen that care about their work. Every enthusiast within 500 miles, who cares about the appearance of their auto, truck, motorcycle or airplane should flock to this gem of an artisanal custom facility. Heck, any metal object that you want to paint and protect in any color including exotic gloss metallic can be coated and seal protected virtually for life. This is not paint. This is an expert application of a durable ten year protective flawless finish applied by real master craftsmen who have mastered powdercoat technology. CPC bakes on ultra durability and jaw dropping colors from clearcoat to gloss midnight black and everything in between. Money well spent for anyone who takes pride in the they own.

Called about powder coating for my 20x12 F150 wheels. Called on a Tuesday, they got me in on Thursday. Told me it would be done that same day and it was. Super easy company to deal with and the wheels turned out amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent work, came in one day for a consult, had a few of the team members out to help pick out colors. Set up an appointment and they got me in and out in a few days. I know I had a lot going on:multiple colors/ layers, resurfacing from minor curb rash. They did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend and will be back if needed!

CPC is the best! From the staff to the quality of work. I had a set of wheels done with one day service and it's unbelievable how efficient they are. I dropped my wheels (in hindsight should have dropped the car too) at 7am and had them back tires mounted and balanced and I was back on the road. I dropped the wheels I was unsure about the facility but let me tell you that the entire facility is pristine and very professional. I have recommended a few people and they have had the same experience so they are definitely repeatable. There's no way I'd even think about going anywhere else for my powder coating needs. Highly recommended!!!

This place is amazing! They do the coolest colors (sparkly purple) and are so professional. They had the nicest reception area that looked like a museum of some really cool rims they had done. The lounge for you to wait in had a TV, wifi, snacks and coffee. Also everyone was super friendly including the receptionist who helped me color match my wheels to my previous color. Highly recommended! Keep killing it CPC ??

My RAM limited 1500 charcoal color rims were all scratched and gouged. CPC Brought them back to life with a satin black color. My truck looks amazing!

Let me begin by saying that my daughter had her truck rims done first and I loved them , I had my husband make me an appointment to get the rims on my can am spyder done and not only did they do my rims but I got my exhaust coated as well . I am beyond pleased with results, I absolutely love the new look of my spyder . Dave is the absolute best, he took the time to talk to me about my bike and the care was spot on, this place is a hidden gem in Joliet . If you need any powder coating done, you need to go to Creative Powder Coating, they will totally take care of you.

They did an awesome job on my wife’s vehicle and are very reasonably priced. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it done same day. Very happy with their services.

We originally went with Perfect Powder Coating in Sherwood, Illinois, to have the rims on our brand new 2025 BMW done. Unfortunately, when the job was completed, we noticed that three corners of the rims were chipped and the paint had peeled off. We brought this to the owner’s attention and told him the quality was unacceptable and needed to be fixed. However, Mr. Eli refused to correct the issue. After reaching out to several other powder coating companies for advice, I stopped by to speak with Dave—and I’m so glad I did. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong with the original job and what needed to be done to make it right. Dave told me he could take care of it in just a few days. I brought the car in at 7:00 AM and by 4:30 PM the same day, the rims were redone with excellent quality. The work was flawless, and his team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Dave and his team for their work ethic, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship. They turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

Had my 2024 corvette wheels done about two weeks ago and before I took it I had the car completely paint corrected and ceramic coating so there were no scratches of any kind! I picked my car up from out front and my car was dirty from sitting outside so I couldn't see anything wrong but when I took my car back to the shop that did the ceramic to wash it ,after the owner finished cleaning my car he noticed there were scratches on the spoiler and passenger quarter panel and the drivers door and over the front driver side fender. So I emailed cpc the same night which was a Friday so I wasn't expecting a reply but when Tuesday came and I didn't hear anything from them I called and they put me on hold for a few seconds and came back and asked my name because they knew what i was calling about already so she gave t me Dave's number which I called but no answer or call back smh.they do good work but I wouldn't take my car to them because there not concerned about the car it's just the wheels they care about.so I had to pay to have my car wet sanded and buffed and re-ceramiced which cost me 500 bucks. Take your wheels not the car.

I have gotten all 4 of my rims repaired from curbrash and powder coated black. I have called multiple powder coating places for quotes and CPC beat them all. They told me everything i needed to know over the phone, communication and payment were easy. I dropped off the keys in a drop box in the evening and I picked up the car ready the following day using the secure lockbox and it was seamless. Very happy with the outcome and the service.

Same day service appointment was exceptional from start to finish. Customer service walks you through the entire process. Answer all questions and extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Will do business again. All my friends and family will know where to go for the best powdercoating place around.

Last summer i had my wheels dropped off at cpc and waited too long to get them back, I had to call them multiple times to check the status on them when they would tell me they’ll be done the following week and it never happened. Their customer service is garbage they got people who don’t even know what their doing, when I finally received the wheels I had to turn one back because it needed air and when they gave it back they told me it had air and that it was sealed so I should’ve been good to go from there. Next day I put the wheels on the car and not even 24 hours of having these wheels i feel a vibration in the car while driving on the highway on my way to work. The wheel ended up cracking due to weakness even the tire ripped all the way from the back these were just total comprised and all 4 wheels were done the same. They had grinded all the way down the lip of the wheel and lost its original shape, I don’t understand why they did that. I’m just glad nothing else worse happened while driving but this kind of work isn’t acceptable from these people, I waited months to get these wheels back and all for nothing. I should be getting my money back because this kind of work could have caused an accident and just poor quality work done by these people, straight garbage.

I wasn’t a fan of the chrome accents on my stock rims and preferred an overall matte/flat black look instead. Dave executed my vision perfectly, and my vehicle was ready for same-day pickup as promised. All communication was done conveniently via text, and the parking lot is equipped with easy-to-follow signage to facilitate after-hours pickup/dropoff.

**Edit- response to owners comment** Just to clear up the lies and lack of accountability for their huge mistakes. I picked up the car Friday night. Drove it home and had vibrations. I didn’t drive the car on the weekend. When I drove the car on Monday it started pulling a little to the right at which eventually the tire had came off from the passenger front. There was no puncture in the tread, I didn’t hit anything. I have the tires and I sent him pictures and he keeps coming up with excuses. THE TIRE DOESN'T COME OFF LIKE THAT EVEN WITH A FLAT. Dave the owner even admitted to reverse mounting my tires which even the high schoolers at discount tire know is incorrect. Don't take your car here there’s much better places that will actually take care of you and stand behind their work. Dave’s a coward, won’t even respond to my calls. You have my number call me and make things right. One of the worst places you can go to. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR WHEELS POWDER COATED HERE. They had powder coated my wheels, while driving back the car was shaking and I figured they just didn’t balance it correctly. MY TIRE CAME OFF THE WHEEL. I was driving down the highway but the traffic had been bad. I could've died or gotten into a serious accident. After taking the car to the shop I had them check the other 3 wheels and all 4 of my tires had damaged and ripped beads. The entire wheel had been powder coated, nothing taped off, just thick layers of uneven powder coating. Owner refused to accept ANY responsibility, and later refused to answer my calls. I had to buy all new tires, have the car towed, such a headache and the owner is a complete narcissist who should never be in business. Just full of excuses and won’t accept any responsibility or attempt to help me in anyway in this situation. Avoid this place.

Seeing all these positive 5 star reviews you’d think they’d take pride in their work. After waiting 7months (dropped off 3-14 picked up 10-17) the quality makes me sick, the lip of the wheels were supposed to be chrome and the faces white but somehow they coated partial of the lip white and I don’t see how that’s even okay. They some how made a set of $1500 wheels turn into $500. After hearing “we’ll give you a call back” every time I called and finally letting them know I didn’t need the service on October 10th they coincidentally got the wheels done 2 days later! So the damage to the wheels are done I can’t even give them a chance to make the wheels right…I think I’d have to wait another 5-7 months for that. Thank you cpc for your service.
