I stopped in to the Monmouth Autozone today, Sunday morning, and was pleased to find they were open. I asked to get a OBD2 scan on my car and the representative there, Josh, was very helpful, doing the scan and printing out what the code said. I purchased a quart of oil as My car is older and I need to keep a quart handy. Glad Autozone is here and will return soon for wipers and for their special on anti snow and ice shield for my windshield! Five Star
I want to personally thank Janssen and Joshua. I came into the store to buy some parts for my pickup and these young men are exceptionally compassionate and caring and knowledgeable. They not only helped me get the parts I needed , But the parts that they didn't have in stock, they were ready to order them for me or find the parts at another store . They even printed me out the item form so I could show it to that autozone's clerk to make the process easier on me. I came into the store again today and Joshua helped me find the products I needed to help me get my old pickup looking her best. You guys are outstanding and I can't thank you enough!
I went into this location today and spoke with the Manger, Chris Mintin, regarding a issue with my Ford Escape. Chris helped me tremendously in resolving the issue at hand.
Chris went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of ! I will continue to do ALL MY BUSINESS in the future at this location foray car parts .

My car broke down in the middle of the road on a random Sunday where it was 18 degrees outside. Chris made sure I was able to get on the road again. Best customer service hands down.
Excellent service! They checked my battery and changed it. They were also able to sell me a new belt. Very kind! Got my car towed there and I'm glad they were able to take care of me

Update to the update: Hyundai replaced my engine and all is well with that vehicle.
But I did want to say I watched a very nice clerk (Chris )assist a lady with her vehicle and he worked very hard to make sure he answered any question she had and was completely professional about it. It wasn't easy questions either! She was worried about her transmission and Chris was very helpful!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The clerk behind the counter read my codes but it wasn't quite clear. He then looked into it further and made the code much clear to me. Great service.
UPDATE: The clerk explained to me that the alarm code was a ping alarm! That clerk started a nearly 6 month journey into getting an entire new engine for my Hyundai! He pushed me to follow up on it and I did. Had we ignored the code, like one mechanic told me to do (not worth it he said) we would have been screwed! Thank you Autozone!!!

They have majority of what I need in stock but did not count on the people that work there to know what they're talking about. Definitely do your research before you go and know exactly what you need. If you're going to get something in the store then you are set but if you're going for a car part then either have yours off of your vehicle or exact picture of yours so you know you're getting exactly what you need
Came in looking for a part. Talked to Maria after she ignored me for a few minutes. She looked up the part and gave me the wrong part. I had to drive 25 miles back to get the correct part. The guy Eugene was able to look up the correct part and explained how to install it. People should not have to feel bothered and then to return to receive what was asked for
I was at the Monmouth location April 1st and 2nd on the second trip i brought in a strut that needed some threads repaired. John Stegall helped me fix the strut and put back together in perfect timing to get everything back on my truck for my wheel alignment appointment. These guys are great with there customers and i greatly appreciate that. Thanks again John.
Decent place to get parts. Sometimes have items in stock that the competition does not. Worst part is the obscene Monmouth sales tax, but not their fault. All others have the same issue.
Auto zone is a great auto repair shop! They sell you their car repair items and then put them on the car! They are always helpful and offer great service! I highly recommend!
Everytime I need to inquire about parts Melissa and Joe do there very best to assist me and always act with professionalism and courtesy and are quite knowledgeable
The older gentle man kept getting the most expensive products even though I would specifically say I need the cheapest on this. It was the younger man who stepped in and actually got a few things cheaper for me. Can't say as I would want to go back in when he's there, he even said no they couldn't help put a headlight in even though others there had done it before. I wonder if it was because I was a woman.
