I wanted to give a Shout out to Josh for helping my daughter buy a battery and installing it. He went further with his customer service skills when the core charge would not go back on my card and followed up with his manager and called me to confirm he had taken care of it. My daughter goes to college there in Monmouth and I live in Missouri which save me a trip to take care of this. He was very friendly and helpful. More places need to offer great customer service like this.
I don’t even know where to start! This place is AMAZING….. Kathy and the crew took Such great care of us yesterday! We were a state away and our water pump went out in our old 46 rust rod….. we had to ‘limp’ it to them. Once there, they had all but one of the parts we needed. The staff pulled together, called other businesses and individuals who may have this ‘laying around’. The part was located and my husband was able to get us going! In the mean time, Kathy made us coffee (it was cold and rainy outside), offered us food, and let me charge my phone. The kindness showed by this crew was something we don’t see alot in people anymore and we appreciated it more then they will ever know! By the way - Kathy and crew, if you see this- we made it home with no issues! Much love from Indiana! ❤️❤️❤️
Great place. I'm definitely coming here more. They went above and beyond to get my alternator tested when no other auto parts store would even touch it because it was for a john deere front mower. and they also helped me get a Throttle cable for my skid steer. Highly highly recommend coming here.
Went in to use their UPS drop-off point, and Cathy was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful, Thank You. Also, they had a 5 pack of 15a blue car fuses on the shelf. I was looking for that. Nice!
Stopped in for a replacement for a broken serpentine belt. Unfortunately, the fix was not simple, putting a new belt on was a colossal pain in the butt. On a day that was 100°. While my husband worked on belt replacement, the dig and I lurked in the store. We were offered cold water, all three of us. Husband was offered tools to borrow. And frequently checked on to see if he was making any progress. We were treated like friends, and that is great customer service.
One of the few places that knows what they’re doing and what you’re doing. If they don’t have it they can get it quick. Bob and Kathy have been there for years and have forgotten more about auto parts than most behind the counter know.
Very knowledgeable staff. Great attitudes I recommend to everyone especially if they need Parts requiring more than a “year, make. A/C, engine, 4x4” for the computer. They go the extra mile.
Purchased a car less then a year ago. A new gold battery was bought shortly before we bought the car and it is junk. No receipt of course and warranty is no good. Terrible customer service.
