Went in for a check engine light. Came out with a friend and smiles all around. Such friendly staff greeting us and engaged with my son making such a mundane task of helping mom get around so much better for him. I was given a reason for my engine light and more reasons to return!
The staff in monmouth is always helpful! Rarely do they not identify parts for my project amd if they cant they point me in the right direction of where I can and if I need them installed they have information on who can install them for me.
Horrible customer service. Lady stocking shelves said three words to me in the rudest way possible. Dudes behind the counter were cursing like sailors at the top of their lungs. Went in to get windshield wiper blades but they didn't have a size chart so I gave up and left. You're better going to Walmart in Galesburg or Autozone across the street, maybe.
Friendly staff was in my work truck had a bad battery was stranded on roadside a mile and a half away walked to their location and purchased battery they gave me a ride back to truck helped me put battery in and got me going again when I pulled back into location after to check alternater I didn't even have to walk into store thanks team
I bought brake set and rotors for my front end. They gave me v8 rotors and I needed V6 even though I told them it was a V6. During the replacement i noticed my brake caliper brackets needed replaced with because the pistons Caliper Bushings were destroyed. So I ordered them but the guy that actually ordered it only ordered one piston but tw oCaliper Bushings so I had to wait an extra day to get i
Stopped in to get some metal polish. When I paid, I laid my wallet on the counter and forgot it. Called a couple of hours later and was told they found it and held it for me to pick up. It's nice to know you can still count on honesty. A shout out to Eric and Tyler. Awesome.
Won't be going there for any parts. I called and asked if they could help me get the last but off of the tail light so that I could change my bulb so I wouldn't get stopped by the police. The guy said no sorry we don't do that. Well sorry for wasting your time!
I was having issues with a purchased fuel pump that I was unsure where i bought it, and called the store at Monmouth IL and this guy Justin answered,,,Talk about awesome customer service,, this guy has it!! Helped me out even though I was half way across the state and broken down,, he explained to me that OReilly's is nation wide and any store will honor my warranty!! WOW I will only buy my parts from here from now on,, thanks again Justin!
