I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time at East Peoria Tire & Vulcanizing. I hit a curb and popped my tire last Friday night. I had planned to leave for a short trip to Rockford by 9:00 am Saturday. I went a different tire place first and they didn’t have the size tire I needed. I then called E.P. Tire to see if they had the tire I needed in stock and unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock either. But the man I speaking to said he would go check their used tires to see if he could find one. He found the exact same tire I needed and it was in good shape. They got me right in and I was on my way to Rockford in no time! As I waited for my car I watched as every client that came through the door was greeting immediately and their needs were addressed with friendly, professional and prompt service. E.P. Tire has won me over and I will be back next spring for a full set of tires.

Had a screw in my rear left tire that needed patched. Got it in like 40 minutes before close when they looked busy, they got it back to me about 30 minutes later and it cost me less than $50. I cannot thank these folks enough, they're so awesome!

Superb service. This place is so efficient and the staff (esp. Jesse) is great. Plus, the tires purchased were $140.00 cheaper than Uftring Ford would have charged for the same tires.

I had my brakes done at another place 10 months ago and they had been squeaking and grinding ever since , I went back to the guy and other places and they said my brakes were fine . Thank you East Peoria tire for fixing my brakes , it's so nice to not hear that horrible grinding anymore . Also the guy that took care of us was very nice and took the time to talk to me , look up parts etc .

While traveling thru Peoria in our RV, we had a flat on the inside dual. Not only did they fix it within a half hour, but also checked all the tires for correct pressure, even our cargo trailer. And at a great price too! No wonder several of the locals told us that they were the best.... I agree!

Our car has 176,000 miles on it. Took it to the dealer for routine oil change and checkup. Learned it needed new front CV axles. Cost: $2,100. Then brought it to EP Tire & Vulcanizing which been caring for my dear old pickup truck (now old enough to vote). They priced the same job at $802 and ordered the parts. Surprise: The trusted mechanic could find nothing wrong with any of CV axles; nothing needed repairs. The people at EP Tire are so professional and so honest. (I especially like that you can talk directly with the mechanic.) Over the years they've sold us some fine sets of tires at great prices. They treat you the way they'd like to be treated. Quality people at a quality shop.

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Very clean and welcoming office! I needed an odd size lawn mower tire and they got it ordered and in on a truck in 2 hours, came in and they put it on the rim for me! Jesse did a wonderful job taking care of me!!

I’ve been to this place several times for oil changes and other work. They are always up front and honest and if anything ever goes wrong, they take responsibility and have exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone who asked about getting work done here. 10/10 for me!

Needed a tire repaired that was on its last hurrah to begin with. They gave me a great price on a nice used tire. So nice, helpful, and fast. As long as I keep running over nails, I'll keep coming back!

i go to EP Tire whenever i have a tire issue... flat, nail, valve, TPMS, etc. Very friendly and honest, very clear about how long it will take. Today i had a valve replaced, but also asked to look at rear brakes since the dealer told me they were critical. EP Tire looked at them and said they were good at 50-60%. Anything the dealer tells you, have EP Tire give you the real answer!

I was told by a mechanic that I needed a new tire. I would have to order one online and they could put it on. My son said to take it to East Peoria Tire. They fixed it!! So glad I listened to my son. They got me in the same day. I will definitely be back for future work

Brought the Carterville state softball team to Peoria for the tournament. Woke up on game day at the hotel with a flat tire on an MCI motor coach. They were there within 15 min of calling and on the road in about 30 minutes. Very professional and great service highly recommend!!

I stopped at East Peoria Tire, because I was told that I needed tires. I heard from other people that their staff is honest and friendly, so I decided to give them a try…I wasn’t disappointed. They walked me through the process, from measuring tread depth to checking date codes on my tires. Come to find out that my tires were still good. I left with a big smile and educated in the tire buying process. Thank you guys!!!!

I stopped because the dealership that did my oil change told me I had something in my tire so they couldn’t do the tire rotation. The dealership wanted me to purchase 4 new tires, the tires were only a year and half old. They said the tire wasn’t leaking so I had time to make a decision. Well, the best decision I made was going to East Peoria Tire. The gentleman came out to my car looked at the tire and said I’ll be right back. Within minutes he removed the giant nail that was angled in just the right position not needing to replaced. He checked to insure there was no leak and sent me on my way. No charge just smiled and said just refer us when possible. If you need tires or an inspection… I HIGHLY recommend this place. I know where I’m going next time I need tires!

Always an attitude with these guys. They do a good job but frankly, it’s tire work, the only way to differentiate in that market is customer service and EVERY time I call, somebody is acting like I’m inconveniencing them by wanting work done. Peoria Plaza Tire has superior customer service in every possible way.

Definitely the best place to get your tires fixed or replaced. Fast service great prices, and probably the most friendly staff in the area. They were 100 bucks cheaper on replacing all four of my tires than anyone else. This is a place that deserves everyone’s business.

I brought in 4 brand new brakes and rotors for installation. 45 minutes after they started, I get a call they’re confused about what work they’re supposed to be doing. They REFUSED to install the rear brakes and rotors, refused to adjust the full price quote, and claimed they "wouldn’t have had time to do all four anyway". On top of that, I watched the same counter staff upselling and pressuring elderly customers in the lobby. Absolutely frustrating and sad to witness.

Customer service was fast, friendly and to the point. On a busy Saturday they had my old damaged tire off and the new one mounted/ balanced ready for pickup in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend

I have been using East Peoria tire for years and have always received first-class service and products. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. They are straight shooters and can always be trusted with proper diagnosis of problems with your tires.

Great place shop was full of trucks getting tire work done and Manger came out and introduced himself told me were to park on side of building and put a guy working on my flat I had on a gooseneck trailer that was loaded with a skid steer and I was out of there in 35 minutes and they treated me like I just spent 4,000 dollars there and only got flat fixed and told me they appreciated my business very well run place . I am from Louisiana up here working would highly recommend them

Extremely prompt service. Excellent prices! Amazing customer service! I had gone to another shop in which after 45 mins they "couldn't find the nail" in my tire I had visibly seen. Headed here to try squeezing in before they closed. No problems, not only located and patched tire but also showed the wear on tires suggesting replacement. Ordered, replaced and aligned all the same week. They treat everyone fairly walking in. One of the few mechanic shops that I can truly say not uncomfortable or spoken down to for being female. Our family car needs will always start here moving forward. Thank you team!

Damaged my rim. They have a "not responsible for damaged wheels" sign on the counter, so this must be a common issue with how they perform services. The wheel was also covered in tire lube furthering the sloppy work. I like to support family businesses, but not when it turns out like this.

Lots of easy free parking, handicapped accessible entrance and restrooms. Greeted as I walked in the door. Got my vehicle checked in and waited a little while about 25 minutes for them to check my tire that has a slow leak. I'm thankful they could get me in at all. Got right to work, removed a chunk of metal from my tire, patched it and sent me on my way. These guys are great and would highly recommend.

My tire lost pressure and I found this place from google map. I have never been to East Peoria before and chose this place because of the high score google review. It turned out to be a great decision! Absolutely 5 star experience! The team is very patient, friendly and professional, they helped my spot the problem and fixed it perfectly. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who drive by East Peoria.
