Battery plus has always been there for me. I think I’ve only shopped here about 10 times in my life but every time they have my back. This visit they fixed my iPhone screen. Luke, the cashier/tech was outstanding and very nice.

Had a tablet battery replaced came home and did not work. The battery was never checked once completed to make sure it was good. Then ordered a lawn mower battery that said was in stock called the next day and said it will be there 8 days later once it comes on the truck and also won’t let me change the delivery to my house. If I knew it wasn’t in stock and had to be shipped I wouldn’t have had to come to the store so I have to drive an hour there and back to get it 8 days later. On the website it says it can be shipped to my house instead 4 days.

went to get my battery replaced and these idiots melted my camera. now it has permanent damage to the lens as you can see in the photo attachment. 3 fat blotches that are now in every photo. prime example of how this is detrimental - if I get hit by a car and need to quickly pull my phone out to get a photo of the license plate...I'm screwed, it takes 15 seconds for the camera to autofocus now. thanks for the battery replacement, now I have to go get my whole phone replaced... which is exactly what I didn't want to do! otherwise I would've done that from the get go instead of paying $80 + waiting a whole week - to get the battery replacement.

I was thankful to get my car battery replaced on the spot. Customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this Business!!

This was my first time going into Batteries Plus. I needed some specific batteries for my remote start on my car. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was able to get the batteries that I needed within about 30 seconds. The batteries cost about $10 for two little bitty batteries, but at least I got the ones that I needed, and the customer service was good. I also asked for a price check on an extra key for my son's car and was able to get a round about estimate for that.

Meet my 82 yr old dad as he was getting a car battery replaced. He asked for an AGM and a short bald man put wrong battery in and had to switch it out. No big deal. Problem was from instant we got there this employee was pissed off and very rude and this was before he put in wrong battery. Have been using bplus for several years, always been professional. Guess I'll have to think twice next time, at least east Peoria location.

Ordered new Xtreme battery for my Harley online. Picked up next day - easy! Install not so easy.. be aware there is a bottom spacer, looks like it is part of the case. Make sure you need it or not. Otherwise Install is a PITA. I realized after some effort and swearing under my breath, I did not need it. Once removed, battery slides right in place. Document in box had zero info, figured it out by dumb luck that it just fell off after pulling battery back out third time.

Great place to take your phones and other stuff into this store to have the Battery’s replaced and have your phones fixed. Great service and wonderful staff and great communication and friendly workers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to go to a good store to take their phones and other stuff to be fixed , battery replacement.

Excellent customer service by an employee named Jimmy. Very thoughtful, knowledgeable , and is a great example of what customer service should be. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

This is my third Duracell battery. This time for my zero turn mower. The first car battery is a nearly 4 years old and still going strong! Also have one in our minivan installed last fall. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable prices. Knocking off one star because the fix took much longer than the first estimate. They had to completely redo the sealant because there was some dust caught inside a piece of my phone. The whole process took 3x as long and I went back to the store 3 times before the fix was done. They were willing to give me a discount for my trouble. Which was nice. A little fustrating though.

Found the best price for the high quality car battery here. It was super easy to place the order online and go pick it up. Friendly, helpful staff. I've gotten a watch battery here as well and they had it in stock and installed in a flash for a very reasonable price.

Took my phone to get the glass replaced. Somehow they managed to have this take over a month and a half, break the replacement glass anyway, somehow permanently destroy my phone, and then try to blame me for all of it. I wish I was making this up. Don't go here if you value basic competence or knowledge. Or you know, want your phone to actually work when you get it back. Edit in response to owner: "Addressed the repair" ie told me they broke my phone and immediately tried to imply it was my fault as "we don't know if it came in that way" even though it was working when I dropped it off. "A resolution" ie asking me to spend an unknown amount of time in the middle of the holidays without a phone while you wanted me to wait for a new one. Glad you didn't lie at least lol

Very good food but... I have a problem with cleanliness of they place. Everything looks clean as far as dishes and such, but the floor hasstra wrappers and buts of paper and stuff everywhere. We were there about 1&1/2 hours and 3 tables around were never cleaned off while we were there. The food and service are always good though.

The representative that worked with me was very helpful and resolved my issues. He quickly informed me of the age of my batteries and I was able to quickly make a decision on my direction and the store had the 4 batteries I needed. I was able to resolve my issue within the same day.

Wow talk about excellent service and going out of their way. My kid has had a gun with a laser scope on top and even the company we bought it from told us the wrong battery. They took their time try to figure it out and they got us all set up thank you so much for doing it excellent job.

Had them swap out my car battery. They were happy to take care of me right away. No wait. Great service. It is refreshing to do business locally that still understands good old fashioned friendly service. Will go back for my next battery needs.

I ordered my item online and then transaction went seamlessly. I received my pickup email within an hour, and I also received a phone call from an employee at the store to let me know that my item was ready. The interaction at curbside took less than 5 minutes. Each of the employees that I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. I was extremely happy with the overall experience!

Jennifer was amazing. I had a previous phone that would not turn on I needed to get an old voicemail off of. She found out what was going on for me and got it on. Since I didn’t need the phone necessarily, she let me get all the info off of it that I needed. Also, didn’t charge me anything. So sweet and I couldn’t be more thankful for her helping me save such a precious memory!

When you bring someone your phone to work on, trust is huge — and you can trust this store. Everyone is extremely helpful. My daughter’s phone was dropped in water, and Technician Jennifer was kind enough to open it, assess the damage, and offer her opinion on whether it still had trade-in value. She was very knowledgable. They didn’t even charge me for this service! Don’t hesitate to get your phone fixed here... you’ll be in good hands!

I was trying to get to the store before they closed and I was literally calling them at 3:59pm as I was about a stop light (or 2) away. They were beyond gracious to help me -I was picking something up they had fixed. So not only was I happy they fixed my issue, I want to give them a huge shout out for their exceptional customer service in waiting on me at closing time. The girl (I’m so sorry I am forgetting your name), was beyond patient, explained everything thoroughly and did not ONCE make me feel bad for being that “right at the end of day” customer. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you :-)

We were very very pleased with the help we received from Jennifer Bourscheidt regarding the rebuilding of our computer backup. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products and options available to us regarding our service needs. We also like how she explained the value of our options based on their prices. We are very satisfied with how quickly our backup was rebuilt and that everything needed was in stock at this Batteries Plus Bulbs in East Peoria. We highly recommend this store!

Excellent customer service! Will and Jennifer were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in getting my phone screen replaced and key fob fixed. They both took the time to explain the issues and what needed fixed. Fast and friendly service I would easily hands down recommend to anyone!

Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment online to have my cell phone battery replaced. The technician walked me through the whole process and answers all my questions. I waited in store for service to be complete, it took less than 20 minutes. While I was waiting the associates answered more questions about other lighting and battery needs I had. This is the first time I’d ever been here and will definitely be returning!

I went to this batteries plus to get a new key fob and key for my Chevy Traverse. The staff were very helpful and had me in and out in about a half hour. I ordered the key and fob online and I thought the parts were in stock but they were not. I think the email could have been worded better. It's fair to say that I misunderstood. I did drive 40 minutes to this location twice as the one 5 minutes from my house didn't offer key service. Had it not been for my travel and misunderstanding, this would have been a quick and painless process. Still, this was better than paying more than twice as much as the dealership.
