Easy online order and easy pickup, even bought more things in store and while only one employee that was nice and helpful to everyone in , answering the phone constantly ringing, I would’ve been overwhelmed being swamped , hope management gets more help
The guy working the counter was completely rude and uninterested in helping us figure out which coolant line we needed to buy. Upon bringing up an expanded view of the system so we could show him which one we needed, he still was not willing to help, so we left and went to O'Reilly's where we received excellent service. Don't waste your time here.
This advance auto parts location is one that I go to when I need help or need products for my car. The people working behind the counter are always generous and helpful when asking questions about my jeep!
This store is nothing but empty promises. They said they would call within a day or two this is day 3. I called to see about the question I had and the manager Chris that was there was the rudest person ever. He kept interrupting me, not letting me finish what I was asking and over talking. When he speaks it’s like you are being spoken down two which was completely unnecessary. It wasn’t even a question that involved him. I was asking to speak with the GM and he was completely trying to take control. Still no call from the GM so I’m guessing the question and my number never got to him. Should not be a manager.
motorcycle battery had to get home had to put the acid in it then had to charge it all for the right price of about $175 after I bought a battery charger probably $250 why in the hell would you sell a battery The duct wasn't even charged and they don't tell you that so no I will never ever ever go to advance Auto especially on these period ever again
Parts are priced so outrageous by the corporate office and Rock Auto is my go to usually. The staff helping me out this visit were nice and tried to help as much as they could with what I needed. 3 stars because they would not match pricing.

Well I like the old advance better had to go somewhere else because they told me they needed a part number or a model number for my stuff that I was after and it's just crazy so I went somewhere else so I wouldn't recommend it there are people are not experienced they need better help
The Gentleman that I Talked to on The Phone and then the next Day happened to be the same Guy that Helped Me get The Headlight I needed was Great and knowledgeable
I couldn't find the exhaust pieces i needed. The salesmen handed me the wrong parts i found out when i got home. The packages where messing the hardware. The salesman said he doesn't work on vehicles. I had to buy what you didn't have from your competitor. I dont know if i will be back. I have shoped there since 1986 exclusively.
Always great help and prices at Advance Auto Parts, I know that if my check engine light comes on I can head over there and they'll check it for me for free and then give me any advice that I need an order to fix my problem.
This is a great neighborhood auto parts store that helps people who are in a bind out! They can test your car battery and even the charging system. And even loan you the tools to reinstall the parts.
Was disappointed that my online order wasn't ready within 30 minutes when they didn't appear very busy when I got there. Good selection with decent prices but service isn't as good as it used to be.
Could if been better only one person working and had 4 different people in there and the guy at the counter had issues so made everyone wait for about 45 mins before he got everything figured out
Always so helpful cheaper than the rest and they honor everything even price matching so you want to know my opinion go to advance if anything just want to come to depending on an auto parts store cuz I know you different on your car they're dependable

Easy access, convenient and usually have parts in stock. The majority of the employees are great to deal with. The female manager likes to try and tell you you need something other than what you want and almost treats you like you are bothering her for coming in to buy stuff. She has an issue with "always being right" and treats the customer as if they don't know what's wrong with their own vehicle.
Our mini-van battery went dead 100 yards from the this store while we were shopping East Peoria. A kind employee of this store by the name of Tony M. assisted us with diagnosing the problem and replaced the battery for us. The temperature was 27 degrees outside when he did this. Tony's level of courtesy and service went beyond what my wife and I would have reasonably expected from anyone. Thank You, Tony M. We appreciate you! And, Thank You, Advance Auto Parts. You have some new loyal customers.
Always helpful - gave me the right parts when Autozone and Oreilly’s didn’t. Make sure to check the website before going in. If you order online for pickup you can save some money with an online discount.

During the day it's always got plenty of staff, after 5 good luck getting good service. I witnessed 2 female employees just standing and complaining about their jobs.
