David was exceptional! He really went above and beyond for us! My battery died, I got a jump and drove to Advance Auto, while in the parking lot there I called here and David was professional, I drove over, he tested the battery and changed it right then, and tested my alternator to be safe! I highly recommend this place! I will drive here from now on! Thank you!

Had an issue with my battery that was installed at another location. David helped me with replacing the brackets and tightening everything back up. He was great and I will definitely be back after this visit! Amazing service!!

I have been screwed over on two high end AGM batteries that I bought here for my vehicles recently. They both failed way before the warranty expired. I took them there and left them to be tested and both times when I came back they said "Oh they tested good sorry no replacement. I took one of the same batteries to Martin Automotive and they tested it and said it failed!! The second battery was slowly dieing over a few weeks,, turning over slower and when it failed I replaced it with interstate and car worked fine. But they said the junk battery was still good. I bought it in 2022 and it failed in 2023. This place sells junk batteries and when they fail they dont do a proper test on them and they dont stand behind them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!

Jenny/Ginny..not sure if I'm spelling her name right but she was simply wonderful when I stopped in to get windshield wipers for my car this morning at the East Peoria Il location. She put her food aside with a smile and even put the wipers on my car for me. She did it with a smile!! A HUGE difference from the rude service I received from Shawn at Auto Zone. I will now be an Oriellys customer from here on out. Thank you Jenny/Ginny for making me believe in good customer service again.

Always have the part you need and the help is always nice here, never had a bad experience with this location. It is easy to get I to the parking lot and a very safe location to be at with no worries about being accosted.

Great parts supply store. Typically has whatever I need. Great crew and am glad to frequent this location.

The staff here was more than helpful when I had a couple break lights out. Took the time to help me as well as price out other parts I need. They've made a customer for life! Shout-out to David for going above and beyond!

This O'Reilly store is the greatest. They have very friendly staff very knowledgeable. I had some alternator issues and they went above and beyond and went out of their way to see to it that I got the proper part and a reasonable time at a reasonable price. I recommend them to everybody such a great store those guys probably are not compensated enough for the service that they perform

Amazing service and stock. They were the only place in town that had caliper mounting bolts to fit my truck. Guys at the shop were helpful and pleasant

I had an axle CV joint assembly for a 05 Chevy cavalier and they pulled off the spline end of the old CV shaft and put it on the new one for me awesome

Very Friendly and helpful. The only auto parts store who would even consider putting in a new headlight bulb for me. She had it done in a snap ! I will definitely always go here from now on anytime I need something for my car.

Oreillys is always my main spot for starters, sensors, alternators, and any type of module that dealing with electronics seem like there parts don't have as many issues that I've had with the other two in the area

My car wouldn't start, so I called O'Reilly's (East Peoria). They told me "no appointment needed , just come on down". I had a friend give me a jump so I could get there. The young man that helped me was wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fast. He checked my battery, alternator, and starter. The battery had to be replaced, and he installed it in 2 minutes. I was there about 10 minutes total! I just can't thank them enough.

I was there for them to test my battery, which they did, while it was in my car. I asked about a more accurate test, and the tech said that they could do it, on their machine inside, but I would have to remove my battery myself. if I had tools and could lift a car battery, then that would have been fine, but I think they should make exceptions for customers whom cannot do that themselves. I ended up going somewhere else. otherwise, I do like this store. Feb 11th - to the owner I appreciate and ty for your response, and glad to hear that you are going to look into/ correct the situation. I have recommended this store, many times in the past. I will continue to be a customer, as this was a one time problem for me. you should know though, that I had also mentioned to the tech that I was having issues with my battery and that's why I wanted it more accurately checked. your store lost over a $200 sale, as the other place I went did take out my battery and it was extremely low, so I purchased one there.

My biggest concern is that when I visited this store no one and I mean no one was wearing a mask. The guys behind the counter that work there or any of the customers. What gives with the up tick in the virus going on?

I was in the area from out of town on a job and my battery died in my car. The site I was at wouldn’t jump it because it wasn’t theirs, but later decided if I did it then they would let me use their battery charger. This O’reillys were so nice and quick to come out here to help jump my car even though the site changed their mind and I really appreciate it!

The employees there are very helpful and explaine things to you I would suggest you to go to them they spend time going over getting you the right stuff for your car and will help you put it in or on

I went into the store thinking I knew what I was doing and what I needed. Tried to change my headlight myself. When I went back to exchange the headlight bulb because it didn't fit. The manager, Ryan, was patient and kind with me as he explained what I got wrong and replaced the bulb for me. Next time I will be able to do it myself and I will buy my parts here.

The employee was nice and helpful. They just didn't have the part that I needed. So I ordered it on Amazon and paid half the price.

The older gray bearded man who helped me seemed disinterested. Tried to suggest a $20 bulb that was different than what the book recommends. Answered the phone while talking to me (not a huge deal, I've worked retail before and understand you have to multitask).But then he walked away from me and came back with a box. Went back to talking to me about ordering the bulb. 30 seconds later someone walked into the store and he walked away from me and gave him the box and started helping him. I was the only person in the lot when I got there so it's not like I was the interruption. I walked out and went 2 blocks down to AutoZone. Immediately was welcomed when I walked in and was out with an in stock CORRECT bulb in about 5 minutes. I'm gonna have to be VERY desperate to go back there ever again.

Watch these guys--they charged me twice as much for a headlight bulb as Walmart. I have noticed their oil prices are no longer competitive too. At one time they used to consistently have the lowest prices -- NOT ANYMORE!
