So i ask my girl, whats up with the sale. She said 2 things confused me to the point i took off half of what i was getting. Then, i ASKED, mearly asked how much it would be with one more. She is talking to the other employee so much , she takes one, adds it then automatically used my $10 off cause i was lile $2 short. Then she smiled at me and said... That works huh? NO!!!
PLUS something is off about their tax and how and when you get charged what. It jumps around all the time.
Beyond Hello is the best priced and variety cannabis store around the Metro area. Definitely better than our Missouri stores, by far. I'm used to Colorado dispensaries as they were the first and prices ate so reasonable too. Beyond Hello is the closet to their stores, so thank you!
A half ounce of herb on sale was for $43 dollars was worth crossing the bridge over to Illinois. A sale on half an ounce is at least $70 in Missouri. And they had Pineapple Crush, my Wife's favorite, hard to find here in Missouri. The High Supply Brand is good quality. Always tip your Budtender!
Very unprofessional. Stood in line behind the guys until I got to the register and the guy walks away and doesn't say a word to me. Then a new tender opens up a new lane three registers down and doesn't acknowledge anyone in line. Starts handing out in store orders after I was in line for twenty minutes with no direction or acknowledgement.
Came to pick up an order tonight , the lady at the door let me in I was next In line when she rushed in jumped in front of me to buy products while working. She didn’t say excuse me or anything. This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional! She even left other customers waiting at the door to be let in while she shopped.
This is my go to dispensary. Only cost a $1.00 to get here. Great quality products. This is where I go for my FERNWAY products, and many other quality brands. They even told me the tax was cheaper on the liquid hash, which isn't messy, than the wax. You need all them tools, then the wax be on the container. You losing your product. But, I just wish they had a disposable vape recycling location to send to Ukraine. Thats what they said they need in Ukraine. That Zelensky guy. But, give us a $1.00 off coupon to help us out too.
They sold me shake and called it premium flower. Very difficult to return or exchange. I will go to missouri from now on.. I've been shopping here for a long time. I've bought so much super expensive weed. No more. They should have gave me some free bud instead of requiring me to take pics, etc,etc. Kind goods, here I come

Walked in to check the place out. It's small. There's no product to handle - you order on a tablet. Prices are pretty steep considering dispensaries in St. Louis are 8 minutes from this place. The employees didn't seem real enthused to be there. One was actually quitting as we were attempting to order. We left before even talking to anyone. It was chaotic.
My go-to while I'm in Illinois having fun.

They've always got what you need at reasonable prices. Plus they have discounts and incentives for one of your future purchase. They even have bundles! They also have very generous "percent off" sales happening on a regular basis. All of these are top shelf! You can't lose with "&Shine" vapes. This is the same strain by two different growers. The "Rhythm" brand has a higher content of thc. And the terpines that are in this particular brand are perfect for someone wanting to take a few Puffs and be able to sleep. The "&Shine" brand is almost equally as good. The buds are tighter and the overall moisture is higher in that product. My new faves' are the "&Shine",and "Daze Off" brands are dynamite and at a fraction of the cost of most brands. You can get 7 g of these two above mentioned brands for the price of an eighth of a more well-known brand.
Buying medicine has its challenges. Finding some fire is not as easy as I thought. I’m from the Mo side and one thing for sure Beyond Hello has satisfied. It’s not just the discounts it’s the quality of the products. No one is perfect but consistency matters. I add a trip to the IL side in my weekly schedule for sure. Can't believe I ordered something online I asked the guy two times at the register is it the same product and the same strength and is it the flower he says yes but then I get home it's the same flower with two different THC levels... Damn, can I just get what you advertised and what I paid for.!?

You have the option to order online. Since we didn't we were able to just walk in to shop. It was our first time there so we asked for recommendations. The flower recommendations were great but the pre rolls not so much. Overall I would say it's a good place but walking in to shop and shopping online is the same experience. Your not able to smell, touch or see any product before it's packaged to leave with you. Just something to consider.

Great little shop with a lot of options at various price points. Trevor did not shy away at all when asking for recommendations and really hooked it up with some promotional trinkets. I asked a lot of questions, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and best of all honest, which I really appreciated. I had the pleasure of checking out with Randy who only bettered my already great experience, she even through in a couple goodies. Employees here are doing amazing and really go above and BEYOND
First time going... Nice environment but their pre-rolls are rolled ENTIRELY too tight! By the end you'll have a pulsating vain in your temple from trying to pull on them... Maybe you could talk to the merchant (pic attached) and tell'em not to stuff them so tight...
My experience is always great staff is cool all the way down to security. Got some very great quality stuff. One of my favs here is bio jesus that stuff will put you to bed whoa! The taxes are high, but blame the state not the place, they good with me.
Great selection. Friendly staff. Prices are obscene and comparitively higher than anywhere in this world. Essentially, after taxes, you'll pay $24/gram of flower.
