You can do way better this is the worst Advance auto I have ever been to and I been to them all in the metro . The very worst manager arrogant and very mean and nasty
Worst customer service EVER!!!!!! My first time shopping at advanced auto parts the guy didn’t calculate my money right AFTER he told me my parts was in just to find out the part was never in STOCK. So basically I paid for a part that I never received!!!! I will be getting a refund and I will NEVER shop here again! I’ve always shopped at Auto zone and this is WHY!!! Auto zone NEVER miscalculated my money nor gave me the run around as if they had a part just to tell me they didn’t…NEVER AGAIN! Maybe if their were more professional workers then their job will be done correctly!
Friendly service quick and helpful. Location on Camp Jackson not a bad area safe although there is a liquor store next to it on another lot. Still safe.
I stopped for new wiper blades, which they install for free. Good thing cause even they could not get the 1st pair attached, so they upgraded the wiper blades at no added charge to me. I will be giving them my business exclusively from now on.
Went in to get coolant and came out with some quick fix solutions that I hadn't realized and more great conversation. Really good bunch of guys and ladies that work there. Keep up the good work !!!
Done spending my money with them . Go there for everything I need . Last couple of times they say they have the part in stock I get there and they don't. Call up there yesterday talked to going to call him man bun guy. Told him the part I need he said I well ordered it be in the next day. Show up there to pickup the part that I needed and was not there. Come to find out after half the employee were looking for it could not find it . He tells me as I am talking to one of my friends that works there . That he does not remember anything from yesterday. then after telling him what it was he remembered and said o I forgot to ordered it. As he told me on the phone he ordered it and it well be in. We'll not waste my time with them anymore take .y business some were else..
The manager down there is always so helpful. Great with small talk but also knowledgeable. The women that work there are pretty stone cold to the customers but I'm sure they have to be considering the territory. Once they realize you aren't there to argue or have an attitude, the tune changes and they are personable as well. I think that is really important to be helpful but also friendly. They will continue to get my business and I will recommend them everytime. I don't care they are in "the ghetto" they have top notch service.
Terrible experience here. I needed a V-belt that was 1/2" wide x 51-1/2". Because I did not have the part number this was beyond their expertise to find. Didn't even try. Taking a tape measure to the belts hanging up was much too much to ask for. I'll never go back and tell all I can this place has parts but no customer service
Just wanted to say my grandmother came in yesterday and a kind man name David helped her out. While the other workers seem to have an attitude. He had answer all her questions, helped her out find out the right parts. He deserves 5 stars. Only given one because the store is dirty, the ladies working there seemed rally rude and hatful.
The older black gentleman who works there helped me save 100s of dollars. My ignition light came on and I got a diagnostic at Auto zone which they told me to run myself (I know nothing about cars) i had to call a family member to help me figure it out. They gave me an EVAP reading but the guy at Autozone seemed like he was not educated in car problems himself. So I took the paper over to ADVANCED Auto and he helped me get the things he thought would help. Like fuel injector and a new gas cap he even came outside to see if the gas cap fit. Long story short his recommendation ended up fixing the problem and saving me money & time and I will continue to go to ADVANCED AUTO instead of the terrible Autozone in Cahokia.
Awesome. Professional all the way, super quick, the right parts twice and the first guy want even there when we came back there other guy pulled me up on the computer and keep right on helping me with the right parts. Job well done so well, u have and AutoZone employee (me) writing such a comment of this level.
Done diagnostic tests took time to explain what it meant then explain what to try what to do to fix it.computer tells what it sees.they took the time to explain that only tells u the problem u have steps u need to take why that sensor might say that.young lady who helped me deserves a raise.tjgrater3.
They have a great crew! It's most likely my first choice... Kat is an excellent source of knowledge and kindness and professionalism, Josh, ultra helpful, as well as Emma... Great crew,great store!!!
Love going here more then anywhere else, always nice people working, they really care about the customers and go out of their way to help. Great place by far!!
If I could rate lower, I would. Terrible customer service and I had no choice but to report this (Cahokia) location to their General Manager. Do Not Spend Your Money At The Cahokia, IL Location.
