Nila and Mark were extremely helpful figuring out what was wrong with my Toyota Prius battery. They tested it and it read at 49% and then they charged it and still couldn’t get the reading to look “good” so I had to buy a new battery (4 yr warranty).
The staff was excellent, they listened to my issues and addresses them without arguments or expressing they supposably know more about your issues than you 😉 but I cannot say that for the manager of the Waterloo Illinois store who forcibly thinks she knows more than a professional mechanic otherwise the staff is excellent and very helpful!
Motorcycle battery decided to die just over halfway into a 1,000 mile day headed cross country. This store had what I needed and had it ready by the door when I arrived.
We was stranded across the street from the store when this nice older gentleman came up to the car direct to the store fix our problem and sent on our way while having a smile the whole time whenever I have a problem with my car I will always come to this store
I came to this store first off I wasn't even greeted everybody was to busy for customer girl out of uniform started to take my order a guy told her she out of uniform once she than took my order fully then she tells him to finish my order then walked out I stood there for 25 min while workers chat and sat in corner lolly gagging I have video but this review only except pictures just for them to say they don't have spark plugs
It's ok if you want to get the part you know you need but if you don't chances are the guy behind counter won't either. Most employee's don't know much about cars just know how to type on a computer.
Garbage.. AutoZone in general needs too update their hiring procedure/application/job requirements. It never fails, weather I'm at home or on the road if O'Reilly's, Napa, advanced Auto parts doesn't have what I need I call this place. And they unqualified individual trying to help me couldn't refill my blinker fluid if their life depended on it.. what a joke I hate this place
Went in this morning and had great experience ! Above average customer service . The cashier helped me to purchase the right parts and when their store didn’t have it, located the closest location that did have it. I have heard that if u buy a headlight that they will install it for you in which they did for me BUT the lady that helped me went above and beyond and even replaced my rear turn signal light that was out. I was skeptical about even asking because I felt like the headlight was enough but she replaced it no problem no attitude all good vibes. Thanks again
Not a single employee there could manage to stop what they were doing to even say, "I'll be with you in a moment." I ended up putting what I was going to buy back and left to go somewhere else.
The customer service was great. The service agent was very tentative to the needs of all the items that i needed. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. I would sure go back there again.
Honestly this Auto Zone isn't the greatest. Always takes a long time to get checked out. I waited five minutes for somebody to help me while one of the employees chatted to his buddy on the phone. I've walked out before it's taken so long. There are far better representations of the store on the other side of the river. I only go to this one because it's on my way home but with the wait it's faster to go to another one.
I just left here. I went in for a diagnostic check. They said they lost the machine. Then i said can you check my battery. They said not in the rain. But it's not raining. Very crazy. This is the one located at 1687 camp Jackson rd in cahokia. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
I went in to get wiper blades, I was greeted, & was helped finding the correct fit for my replacement blades. And believe it or not, the person who helped me, put them on and checked to make sure they were on correctly. Good Job!!
The manager has a horrible attitude. Customer service is awful. None of the workers seem to know or care what you want. They all treat you like your stupid and your bothering them. Need a minus star review. I walked in there today and turned around to leave. Parts America is where I will take my bussiness
It's generally a lousy experience everytime I'm here. Usually the sales people aren't knowledgeable and it takes forever to find anything. I've been going across the street to Advanced Auto and have had much better success there.
I honestly hate autozone because the staff is usually populated clueless retards who kmow as little about cars as they do about what their store sells. This place on the other hand was super helpful when one of my spark plugs went out. Let me use rhe the tools and helped me get it going again. Good job.
