I was referred to this place by my friend who lives in Columbia.But unfortunately, they told me they did four thousand dollars worth of work on my car.They didn't have an invoice, didn't ask for my permission before doing the work.And then told me I could go ahead and just pay four hundred.Even though they didn't fix it, there's so much more of this, it's not even funny.It's sickening what they did to me.They also changed my battery wire from black to red.So now I have two red wires going to my battery.Why would a professional company do this?Because I'm a girl or because i'm not from Columbia??? They were breaking the law, and I showed told them proof of that, and they did not charge me and told me to leave and take my car.And even though I wanted to pay for my diagnostics, which was what I said to begin with, they wouldn't take my money for the diagnostics.I told him I was going to pay him again for that.And he said he wouldn't want to argue about it with me because my grandkids were with me and to just take my car and go.Wow, that is so NOT professional at all.I've had my cars worked on at shops since I was sixteen.And i had never had an experience like this.In my entire life, I guess they thought I was just gonna pay it.And walk away.I'm so grateful that I didn't.I would never refer them.
Wonderful service, didn’t talk down to me or try to get anymore money out of me. Truck runs better than it ever has. Genuinely nice and friendly people. Will be going again
Great place, took my moms van there for a gas leak...... Nobody else would even touch it.... I called neighbors, and was able to drop it off the next morning..... 5 stars
Tried overcharging and I can't even verify they performed the work requested. I'm halfway through the projected next oil change and the oil is filthy. I don't believe the oil was changed. Now the engine sounds funny, and not in a good way. Won't be going back there.
I needed help right away and Chris got my car in and fixed by mid afternoon the same day. The price was reasonable and fair. I appreciate the service I received.
Can’t say enough good things about this place. Chris is always so helpful and accommodating. I have used their services since they opened and always had a great experience. They go above and beyond every time! I’m so grateful to have found a great mechanic so close to home. Their prices are fair and reasonable and hundreds less than the dealership for the same work and parts! You can’t go wrong keeping your business local and supporting small businesses
I was having a problem with my headlights and taillights they fixed it so I ask Chris how much do I owe him he said nothing they got a customer for life
I noticed all my tires were low.Im new here so I stopped in this guy was eating lunch got up put air in my tires didn't charge a dime.I totally thought he would say after lunch which was fine.

Installed a new engine, transmission and built a custom turbo kit for my F150. Awesome shop that surpassed my expectations on a custom build. These guys do everything from a basic oil change, brakes and service to full on custom builds.
Straight forward from the first phone call, super reasonable pricing and went the extra mile to do things right! I appreciate you guys and look forward to doing plenty more business with you! Thanks again.
Quality work, quick service and amazing prices! There never is an upsell or force products/services on you and the quick turn around time will have you question every place you have ever been to.
Terrible service! They took apart my engine then realized they couldn’t fix and that’s fine but they just threw “all” the parts in the TRUNK then charged us around $400 to take it somewhere else. Obviously we are not mechanics so we didn’t realize that all the parts weren’t there so we didn’t say anything for a few weeks. Now after the other company we took it to fixed it they told us that he had to replace a lot of parts because they were missing when we called them to find out if they had our engine cover they proceeded to tell us there wasn’t one in the first place which was a lie. We will never be coming back for anything.
A trustworthy auto repair shop! I discovered I had a flat tire on my way to work this morning, pulled in and was greeted by Chris and his team. They were clearly busy but could see that I was in a bind... they got my car right in, pulled out a screw and razor blade and told me I needed a new tire. I asked when I could get in...Chris was nice enough and honest enough to tell me it would faster for me to go to WalMart since I was in a pinch.
Did he make money off of me today? NO. But he did win a customer for life. I will always go there and have 100% confidence that I will be taken care of.
I HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Service.

Had them replace brake pads, with no appointment, in rear that another place didn't bother to even take off when I advised of metal on metal. It was fast and reasonable priced
