Its good to know that when inconvenience strikes the folks at Quality are ready and equipped to get you heading in the right direction. The dispatcher was clear about how much the service would cost and when my driver (Nick) would arrive. Nick gave me a call shortly before arriving; and when he did the service was equally top notch. Professionals from the beginning of the process to the end.
We were stuck in a rural part of Illinois on a very cold and windy evening. My son needed to get a van towed out of a ditch. We called their after-hours line and Greg the owner answered. He was calm, patient, and so easy to work with. Within an hour, the tow truck came with a winch and had us back on the road. The driver was professional, fast, and courteous. Really thankful for these guys.

Trevor was the one who towed for me, definitely very kind and helpful.
They are fair people who run this place very professional in any way but if your car gets towed there make sure u got everything u are suppose to have cause they follow the rules as well which they should.But the owner and the employee at front desk was very friendly and helpful.defiantly recommend for any tows or lock outs
Drive shaft fell out on my husband on his way home from work. Everyone was so helpful, professional and polite. And fast! Special shout out to Nick, he is awesome. Even towed the vehicle into our garage, above and beyond.
We blew a transmission line on the way home from a catering event. Allen showed up to tow the truck and trailer to our desired location. This was all done around midnight. We appreciate Quality Towing getting us out of this jamb!

Great work! Was nervous about having my C6 corvette towed but they did a great job. Used added ramps and hooked to the frame lift points to get it on the flat bed. No issues.

I can’t say enough good things about Quality Towing! I recently had to call them out for a battery jump through AAA and they went out of their way to fit me in after AAA left me hanging with no explanation. I told Quality what happened and they promised to fit me in the next morning because I had to go to a doctors appointment that I couldn’t miss that day. Tyler was very nice! He even closed my motorized side door that had been open all night. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you Tyler!
I hit a post laying in the road that became lodged under my truck. The police called quality to come lift my truck to get it out. The next day my husband noticed that our RV connection next to the hitch was damaged. This was obviously caused by how the truck was lifted. When he went to quality to see what they could do about it he was told he couldn't prove the damage was caused by them and basically he was out of luck. It would have been an easy fix for them and the fact that they aren't willing to make it right shows what kind of business they are. Plus the fact that it cost me $172 and what it will cost to fix the damage they caused.
Truck was headed to the shop. It didn't make it. Had to get a tow. Called Quality Towing. Got a quick price quote. Dispatch put out the order. Tow truck was there within 15 mins. Driver John had us loaded up with the quickness. Couldn't have asked for better service.
The guy that was working on February 14th was very nice when I came in to get my car. He was also very fast didn't stay to long about 10min at the most. I was very pleased with the service
