I had a disappointing experience at this location. The overall atmosphere was negative, and the employee assisting me—an elderly man with white hair—appeared annoyed, making it feel like my presence was an inconvenience. I chose not to spend my money here and went to the O’Reilly in Waterloo instead, where I received much better service. I would hesitate to return to this location.
Called to inquire about a car battery, young man named Jae was super helpful, patient and personable. Went over options with me and said “come on in and we will take good care of you”. Went on in and again, he was fantastic and clearly knew what he was doing in not only finding the best battery to suit my needs without pressure of upselling, he had it installed super quickly and I was back on the road !
James and Eric were extremely helpful! We came in with a cluster of silly things we needed and didn’t really know about and James walked us to the spots we needed and looked up different things, wasn’t afraid to admit when he didn’t know something we asked but still was extremely knowledgeable. Overall such a great experience.
The staff is really good here. I have never been sent home with the wrong part. That has happened at the St. Louis locations multiple times. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and confident.
Jacob was the most helpful, positive, & efficient worker. He greeted me with a smile, helped me get the right blinker bulb, and put it in for me. He really was great — he deserves a raise! 😊 I will be back and tell everyone to come to this store! Thanks so much!
I’ve used this O’Reillys location in Columbia several times since they have opened. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and resourceful and the inventory has some variety. I have no complaints about any of my visits.
