Amazing experience! After being involved in a fender bender, I took my Mazda here on the recommendation of a friend. Great quality work, kept me informed of how the work was going, best of all he dealt with the insurance company. If you need body work or painting done, this is a locally owned shop that does great work!
Stopped by here to get a quote for a new front bumper as I was involved in a hit and run. I was referred here by my father in law as he gets work done here often. The shop at 604 walked me through the process and made the insurance part easy to understand. I would highly recommend using them. They had my car done in less than 24 hours and was very professional. Great business in the city of Collinsville.

Requested a tow and was provided a 2 hour eta. Waited 2.5 hours and called back multiple times but no one answered. Left stranded with no response from the company.

I called to have a friends vehicle towed but we were able to get it moving before the tow truck arrived so we cancelled. But unfortunately the next day I was charged for a service that I did not receive. I get businesses having a service fee but to be charged for the full amount of the tow and not to be offered a refund when I called is unprofessional. Also no where on the website does it say you will be charged in full if you happen to cancel.
Excellent service, excellent work. The owner is a great guy, the kind of man you want to do business with. Honest, dependable, highly skilled, attention to detail and has a fantastic crew as well.
These are~~~without a doubt~~the nicest, most honest and wonderful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Randy has taken care of me a couple of times, and he does wonderful work. He is also very thorough, and relates to people with kindness and patience. When you need auto body work done, it can be very stressful~Randy takes the time to explain everything to you. And I cannot say enough positive things of his adorable wife who handles the office and talks to the customers. She is the sweetest, most personable and caring person, as her husband. She is also very informative if you ask her questions about your vehicle or parts. I would give The Shop 10's if I could. I always recommend this business to my friends that need work done, and would not hesitate to recommend them to the public, as well. Excellent work!!
