I have used them 3 times. Twice for moving and once for junk removal. I would not hesitate to call them again. They are professional and fast. None of my items were damaged in the move. My family is getting older and we just can’t lift heavy items like we used to. Using a service like this is worth the cost.

The workers were very friendly and the process was very quick. I only had one recliner to be removed which was $145. I feel that was a lot for just one item but they advised me when they arrived there was a $145 minimum, so I understand. I live in an apartment and don't have any way to dispose of furniture, so this was the only option I had readily available.

Excellent! The “junk team” was led by Jason and he was very personable, on time, professional, and quick. The moving team came less than an hour later (on time) and was Kenny & Damian. They handled my furniture VERY carefully, followed by directions and set it up at my new house exactly as I wanted. They were very courteous and professional. I have moved “a zillion” times since I am ex-military and this was my best experience.

Today was the 3rd time I’ve used this company in the past 3 months. It’s completely awesome to be able to schedule a junk pickup at almost 10pm and be able to get a pickup the very next day! You don’t even have to call anyone and it takes only around 30 seconds to schedule a pickup on their website. Today I had Simeon and Ben arrive on time and both of them were so nice, friendly and they whisked away my big junk in minutes. Wonderful service again! P.S…Don’t forget to tip your pick up guys!! They deserve it!

These guys were great. Much cheaper than 1800 Got Junk. They came in and hauled a water saturated couch and mattress with ease. Will definitely call them again to remove any junk I have.
