So rude and expensive, they dont know how to talk with customer, they talking with customer like if we owe money form them, you guys need to learn how to talk and to do bussines

I had to have a tow last minute late night for my husband. I didn’t even have the exact location. It was almost an hour away from our home. The guy who answered the call and did the tow was amazing. He went above and beyond because my husband had walked away from the vehicle due to the extreme heat and we couldn’t find him at first. The price was good and the customer service even better. Best tow I’ve ever had. Thank you!!!!!!

Called to ask for a tow truck, got told no for a understandable reason which does not contribute to my review. When we called and he said no he was EXTREMELY rude. And when I continued to be polite, he went out of his way to be rude AGAIN. He was purposefully disrespectful. I will never use this towing company.

Whoever is driving your truck in Belleville 5/22 4pm has such bad road rage they almost ran multiple cars off the road, speeding, honking, dangerous behavior. Makes your whole business look bad, no excuse for that.

I just want to say that John at McClanahan towing is a great asset to your company. He just happened to be driving by after we broke down and we flagged him down. With no hesitation, he pulled in and got us taken care of. We are so thankful for his expedient and professional assistance in our time of need.

Got my car stuck pretty badly, and McLanahan got me out! good price for a wench, the two guys that came to my rescue got there fast, were very kind, and very professional. no damage to my car despite it being a difficult job, and i thought there would be damage because of how stuck i was. wonderful company, thank you guys!

Colton pulled up to Casey’s general store when we were in a tire crisis. He was very helpful and removed a flat tire. He had all the tools and was very attentive to the body of the car not to damage anything. Colton showed compassion to the people in his community, his time was valuable but he had a moment to spare for someone in need. We recommend McLanahan’s for towing and service.

I was on the way to church this morning a hit a patch of black ice and slid down an embankment well being on disability I don't have very much money well I called these guys to call and see how much to make sure I had enough to get it out He told me "dont worry well figure it out and get you out." They came fast they also knew what they were doing VERY professional and friendly I 100% recommend these guys I know if I ever need a tow again they're gonna be the first people I call!!

Company had someone to me within 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable. Driver was professional and very nice. I would use them again

Had my truck break down in a really busy spot during lunch time traffic. Colton was who I dealt with. He quickly efficiently got me to a repair shop, and was nice enough to give me a ride back to my apartment after as well. Very good experience !

I can't explain how great they are. I was in full-blown panic mode. It was dark and raining. I called and they were quick to answer and to get to me. I felt safe and comfortable. I will never use another company and Def will let everyone know.

My car broke down on an interstate and gave them a call, guy on the other end was rude and sounded like he didn't even wanna talk to me or get my location , told me to wait an hour so i tried to call back 30 min later and same dude started yelling and told me they'll call me back when they call me back. Took my business elsewhere. You should too.

NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They drive recklessly and purposefully refuse to identify their drivers after the damage. Had to spend my lunch at a police station trying to get the driver identified after the driver ran from a traffic incident.

I just got off the phone with them 5 minutes ago to ask for the price of a tow . They are in collinsville and I am in Belleville the guy literally said “call someone in Belleville , I’m in collinsville.” And hung up on me. I believe this was not a good recommendation at all. I would not recommend to my worse enemy .

qouted $600 for tow. driver gave location and their tow driver made a wrong turn supposedly 40 miles and they added $200 to the bill and would not work with us on the bill at all. instantly became angry when i said we were quoted $600. claimed the weather wasnt his fault. they were well aware of weather before dispatching a unit. ive used them for service before but never again.

My car broke down on my way to work this morning and these wonderful people helped me out big time. Everyone was accommodating, professional and genuinely happy to help! Thank you so much for making a bad situation a little more bearable.

The driver Herb, did an excellent job getting my tractor trailer unstuck from the mud at a job site. He was onsite quickly. He then went above and beyond to bring me fuel since I was already low, and all of my fuel drained to the passenger tank from the extreme angle of being stuck in the mud. Would definitely use them again if needed.

Had to be pulled out of a ditch down the back roads, was a very simple sideways pull out and had asked for a lot. Couldn't pay it on the spot and called later to be told it was going to be even more. Then argued with after asking a simple question about negotiating on the price, retorting with "who's the professional" and "you know much the truck is worth, gas, ect.". Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone take business elsewhere.

Extremely rude on the phone and would not work with me to find a resolution for getting the unit I needed towed actually towed. I understand having a bad day but you don't take that out on a customer. If I wasn't required to work with them I would go elsewhere for towing services.

Wasn’t sure exactly where I was on the highway and tried to explain to the man on the phone the best that I could. He ripped me apart and yelled at me until I figured something out. I told him I would call someone else because I didn’t want to get berated while I was just trying to explain. He told me good because he didn’t want to deal with someone like me.

My semi truck developed an engine problem, and this company was recommended by the dealer. Even though I was a fair distance away, they arrived in a good time, with good equipment and professional service. Very friendly, reasonable rate. Hope I don't need them again, lol, but I certainly would call them and use them again!

My husband called them for a tow today and they flat out refused. Thier words " I'm not interested in the job". So don't waste your time with this company. I called B & K towing, and they came out immediately and did an excellent job.

Got a good price on a tow but my equipment (semi truck ) got damaged. I wasn't in town when truck was dropped off so I didn't catch it till later that night. They just left it with steering wheel tied up, line to air bags undone. Called owner , send text messages to no avail. Tow was cheap but it's gona cost more to repair my truck. BBB next.

Called them for a tow today he quoted me a higher price then I had it towed for more then twice the distance. When I asked if their was any chance he could do it cheaper he hung up. Wasn't sure if I got disconnected so I called back. I said yeah this is mike with the truck. He then proceeded to cuss me out and tell me he don't hand out deals. I said it's only a few miles and I had it towed all the way from work (23 miles) for cheaper then you quoted me for. He then cussed me out some more, so I said alright have a good day and hung up. Called a different tow company afterwards got a friendly quote for about half the price. The high price is whatever but to hang up and cuss out a potential customer for asking a simple question is crazy. This guy doesn't deserve anyone's business.
