Call them with an emergency I was stranded on the highway right outside of the town their located in and I was told " I don't think I'll be able to help you tonight bud".
Customer service goes a long way. The guy on the phone when I called was nice. They came out very quick. The tow guy that helped me with my car was very cool. Prices were affordable especially for the distance. They were very helpful. I know who I’ll call in the future. Thank you for a great experience in a time of distress.

my son was stranded in E. St. Louis after a tire blow out...... on a Friday at 5pm on a holiday weekend no less!
so many things could have gone wrong but they were able to get him and his car scooped up and taken to Walmart for a tire. the driver made sure my son was ok and that walmart was able to do the tire before he left.
they were fast, caring and so nice and helpful, words are not enough for how well we were treated.

We had a business for 39 yrs and used their services numerous times for tows. It's a family run business. Always dependable and courteous. They go out of their way to help. I called them for help twice last week. We have the Kneedler's on speed dial.
Company charged $450 to tow car 71 miles. Owner said rate is $5/mile, but research indicates normal $2-4 per mile. I never would have used this company if I knew their price. Driver was very professional.
My car blew up on i90 and I had to leave it there on the side of the road, I called K&B towing and recovery and they drove from Janesville about 25 miles to go get it and 25 miles to bring it all the way back to my house, even though I forgot to leave the keys, with their experience they got under it and clicked it in neutral, saving me from having to drive 25 miles there and back to bring the keys, they did it very quick and in a timely manner! parked it exactly where I wanted it nice and neat, not to mention this was at 1:30AM at night. Any other company would have charged me and arm and a leg but K&B towing charged me half of what any other company would have. Ken was very polite and very kind. He made a bad night a good one, my car is in my drive way safe and sound. I definitely found my go to towing company for any sort of issue I ever run into. My car got impounded recently and the tow truck driver didn't roll up any one of my windows in my car. All my belongings was ruined due to ignorance and unprofessional employees.
My car was in an accident on Thursday February 7, 2020. it was a minor accident because the car was drive able. I left the scene to retrieve another driver to bring my car home. When I returned I found that my vehicle was missing. The vehicle was not in traffic it was sitting on a side street. I immediately contacted the police to find out that the car had been towed, I went to the towing company and was advised that it would cost 200.00 to have it released The car did not need towing. So the tow company towed my car without authorization and no proper cause, So I am gathering the police dept and towing company is working in conjunction to ripping people off. Look out people of Collinsville !
Called last minute and staff was flexible and friendly on a busy night. Picked up a car in Granite and dropped it of at Belleville without any hiccups. Price was in line with the qoute so no complaints from me.

Robert was amazing! I got a flat at 3 pm on highway 55/70 with my 2 year in back. He was so enthusiastic with him and held him while I got his car seat in and out of the truck. He was there within 15 minutes and dropped me off so I was able to get my flat fixed within 2 hours. Definitely recommend them!!!
How are you gonna call yourself professionals? One of your drivers nearly rear ended me and my pregnant wife on 159 just past the old Shop n' Save when we simply slowed to enter the turn lane to head home. He was following far to close for someone that is supposed to be considered a "professional". If this is how your drivers treat other people on the road, then you will never receive my business.
The lugnuts on our front tire broke off on our way home for a 10 day vacation. It was 95 degrees out and I had a van full of kids, and we were 4 hours from home. The guy that answered the phone was very helpful and told me where to have it towed so we could be back on our way home. He was there promptly and took it right on. After what could have been a nightmare, only took a couple hours and we were back on the road. Thanks for the great service!
We called them for a tow. Thirty minutes later called them back to see where they were. The guy apologized, said he was too sick to drive and his backup driver was doing Army reserve duty. So we called another company. Both companies then showed up at job site, and the B&K driver was rude, running his mouth and demanded a show up fee. We told him what his boss had said, he didn't believe us. His boss called later to deny he ever spoke to us a second time. They are crooked, dishonest and untrustworthy.
This company was quick to send someone out immediately, and our driver Donnie was excellent. He saw us on the opposite side of the road and let us know he was on his way by honking as he drove past to the next exit so he could turn around. He towed our vehicle to the mechanics and gave us a ride home. I am so very grateful. Donnie's friendly personality made us feel comfortable which put us at ease. Thank you so much!
I called B & K Towing today and they were extremely nice, timely and professional. Anthony actually went above and beyond. He called his boss to take my friend home since she wouldn’t be able to get in such a big truck (seriously it was BIG) and he stayed with us and made small talk. He was worried about my friend, as was I, and he even offered to call an ambulance if she needed one (she ended up being fine once she got home to rest). Then he helped me get into the truck when he took me and my car home. If my car ever breaks down I will always use B & K towing!
