Went in for new wipers & Tony was very helpful! The whole transaction and installation went smoothly :)

I visited oreilly 8-18-25 to ask Tony for some help with installing wiper blades that were purchased for me. Tony figured out that they weren’t the correct ones for my car & found me the correct ones & even installed them for me! He was very kind, patient & a funny great guy all around. I will always recommend his services. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I needed a back windshield wiper, which are apparently not as easy to change out as the front. Tony helped me find the one I needed and even installed it on a cold, windy day. I didn't even have to ask, he just did it for me! I would definitely stop here again when I need something. Bonus, I got stuff for Valentine's Day at the Dollar Tree next door :)

The guys here are the absolute BEST. I came in after work to have my battery tested because I was having car trouble all day. They spent literally an hour with me trying to solve my problem. Hoscar finally figured out that I needed a new battery after trying EVERYTHING. I will definitely be coming back here for anything my girlfriend or my car needs in the future! Thanks again guys!

Went to in to get a new bulb for my headlight, and tony came out to help me find which one would go best, and to only find out it still worked! Great guy, even checked if all my lights were properly working. Thank you so much will be coming back for my car needs!!

Went to O’Reilly’s in Wauconda & the guys in this store were so helpful! We realized we had a headlight out last night in the middle of our trip, stopped at this store to see if we could replace and two guys Tony & Joey helped us, Tony went out of his way to help us replace the bulb in the parking lot because they knew we were worried driving at night, such nice guys and great customer service!! Replacing my wipers was like figuring out a Rubik cube. Needed adapter pieces and everything but Tony worked at it so patiently, and got them to fit perfectly. O’Reillys has always been so helpful, they excel at customer service. Thank you Tony!

Tony was the absolute best in helping me out. My son’s car broke down. I was able to get it to O’Reillys where Tony said bring it in and let’s take a look at it and see what we can do. He was nice enough to come show me what parts I needed and when I was finished putting it all together. He even tested my battery alternator and starter for me. Tony save the day for sure.
