Specialty Graphics is my go to for my vinyl needs. I love the Curbside Pickup option; order online and in a few hours it's ready for pick up. Super Easy and Super Great Customer Service!! Always a pleasure to know my order is correct the first time!! The customer service is awesome, always friendly and helpful!!

It is always a pleasure to order from Specialty Graphics! Today, I contacted them to ask for some advice on what media would best suit my needs on a project and they were beyond helpful! They are reasonably priced, their customer service is outstanding, and orders are filled very quickly. I would highly recommend them to any of my fellow crafters.

I placed an order on 7/1, and one day later they release a special offer. Called to see if they would honor especially since I place an order the same week, but they refused. Yes, I questioned the customer service and the guy went on to say "you can't take a coupon to a store to demand a discount" and of course I disagree. Most stores will honor the customer because they know this will keep customers. Hell we spend alot in these stores and they away customer over a savings of $40..um ok. First time ordering from them, and will not be back. Thank you for your unpolished customer service!!!

The prices are reasonable and if support is needed or you have questions about anything related to their products, they respond quickly. I am totally satisfied with this company!!!!

This is my go to place. They carrying quality products with reasonable prices. The shipping for me is extremely fast. I usually have my items the next day. I am very close but not close enough to make the drive. Maybe one day I'll place a large order and make the drive.

Specialty Graphics Supply is great! I purchased a Graphtec Vinyl plotter and some supplies and they shipped it the same day and it arrived in 2 days! It was packaged well so the product arrived safely. They have great customer service. I am excited to have come across this store. Their website is easy to maneuver through, prices are definitely reasonable, the products are of great quality, and the staff is awesome! On my recent order, one of my items did not have the quantity that I ordered and instead of continuing on with the sale completion, I received a phone call asking how I wanted to handle it. I absolutely LOVE this place! Great products and the best customer service ever! If your items are shipped, shipping is pretty fast as well! Since I don't live too far from them I pick my items up most times and orders are ready within and hour of placing them. Highly recommended.

I have ordered from numerous vinyl distributors and Specialty Graphics is hands down the best. Excellent customer service, fast shipping, fair prices, and the products are great. I have had to call on a few occasions to ask about products and the product usage and never once was I made to feel like I was a bother to them.
