Very poor customer service. Asked to see one item and I received a “fashion show” comment. I asked to see only 1 other and got an eyeroll. The goods are not worth the poor treatment.
Store was okay. Lady behind counter didn't look at us or say a word; fortunately a man came up and helped us- he was nice. Store is cluttered, a lot of glass pieces, some areas messy. I'm glad we checked it out, but wouldn't go again.
There was a ring I loved and was supposed to be a promise ring from my bf. When my bf went back to get it, they now locked it in a case. When we asked the front to open it, they tried one key and gave up then told me to look at other rings there. All the other rings were engagement rings. How can you lock a case a week previously, but not have the key, and only one key for like 30 cases there. This was very upsetting as I really hoped for this ring.
Plenty of great antique items from many genres. Pleasant vendors working at the front desk. Some vendors with good pricing. The store, over all, is cluttered with narrow aisles, and with a huge amount of glass items. I did find some very interesting items among these aisles and it is well worth the time to visit here, but there are a lot of high prices. Some of the items have been displayed here literally for decades with no price change.
I at least come one time a year and I always find beautiful treasures. The staff are very friendly and the place is clean and have a variety of stuff, I usually buy jewelry.
i lived up top a near by bar a few yearz ago. came 2 the place several times. picked up sum cheap 1-2 dollar earrings + was about 75 centz in. grumpy old man still wouldn’t let me get them. had 2 leave then come back when I shouldn’t have. never went back + am so happy I left Illinois cuz of the locals like him ? also the earrings ended up falling apart ? the old lady was sweet tho ??♀️
My mom and I went to this place and I can’t say enough good things. Genuinely, everything in the shop is beautiful and unique. Absolutely fair pricing for antiques. And lastly, the owner was so beyond kind and helpful. He explained the history of what we bought, where he found it, and even more. He was so kind, helpful, and just went above and beyond. You can tell he cares and loves what he does. I will be back!
The place is getting more and more crowded and unorganized as the years go on. You can barely move through many of the aisles now. Several sections are blocked off and basically just used for storage and have stuff piled up high. Feels like the store is owned by a person who’s hoarding is getting increasingly out of control…sad because it used to be a great store.
I could have spent all day looking around here. I will get back some day to get some of the larger industrial stuff I wanted but had no way to haul back home.
Nice variety of items. Staff is friendly and helpful. As with all antique stores, so prices above market price but most dealers prices are pretty reasonable
Packed with antique and collectibles. Took me a good 8 hrs over two weeks to feel like I had covered every item. But I’m sure I did not. Definitely worth checking it out!
This place is packed with antiques. They seemed to have fair prices, and we found a handful of items to purchase. If you're a collector and haven't been here, plan on doing so and plan to spend a couple of hours looking around.
Loved the experience here! The people were super nice and the atmosphere was very fun! All of the antiques were very reasonably priced. I loved going here and will come back again!
I drove an hour to get there and, prices were a little high, but as I asked if there was a rest room, I know there was 2 in the past but now I was told NO. Then I a customer in there this store was told Togo to the Station across the way. I was not a customer there and caught a few looks as I walked through the place. I may never go back to this Antique mall again.
Not friendly at all! No one ever says hello when you walk in or thanks for stopping when you leave. If you ask to see something they act like you’re bothering them. There’s usually at least 3 people sitting by the door when you walk in - surely one of them needs something to do!
Amazing antique store with some really rare pieces. Prices are on the high side.
WW2 memorabilia(saw many German pieces like belt buckles,hats,money, photographs,flasks, even bayonetes), collectable coins/jewelry, guitars,lots of grand clocks,chain watches, vintage glassware, signs,model cars,vintage toys I could go on forever they have it all!
Make sure you have at least one hour of free time before you visit.
Parking is conveniently located right in front of the building.
I had an appointment at Izel Salon & Spa tonight at 5pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and decided to pop into the Antique Market 1 since they were still open. The sign on their door said that they close at 5pm. I was looking for a specific item and realizing that they were very close to closing my plan was to ask an employee if they had anything like what I was looking for. As soon as I walked in an employee said "we're closed." Mind you, the door was unlocked when I entered. I asked him if he was joking. He said no. I let him know that I looked at the door and said they close at 5pm. I also told him that the current time was 4:51pm. He stood firm. In his mind, the store was closed and apparently he was not interested in making one more sale. I told him I would NOT be back and walked out. If anyone knows the owners or managers, you may want to tell them that customers should be treated better than that. A "we're closing soon, is there something we can help you find?" would have led to a much different review.
Good selection of antiques and vintage items that mainly pulls from middle class estates. Lost of quality pressed glass and some nice crystal. Plenty of old tools and kitchen implements. A little over priced.
