I originally wanted to leave a not so nice review for the way I was treated one night a couple hours before close. I had drove 30 min away and had issues with an online order and the way I was talked to by a worker there. Instead of leaving a one star review, I decided it was best on calling to bring it to someone's attention and Gabby the parts Manager answered and apologized that I had that experience in their store. To my surprise, after our call ended their general Manager David called me and told me he wanted to make it right, and the customer service I got from both of them after my experience in store really left me speechless. I just want to say thank you very much for making my experience a positive note to end on, and that I felt valued as a customer, since before that I felt discouraged or that I had to go somewhere else for a product. In this day and age it sometimes feels hard to have management in stores like this really be down to earth and real with you. I can assure you I will definitely be back at this location just based off the way you guys were able to make things right and listen to the customer when there's a problem. Thank you again Cheers.

Remove the guess work, and ask David! Very grateful for this store and his experience in the automotive industry. This guy has saved me a lot of money by assessing my vague descriptions of things, assisting and pointing me in the right direction! Truly grateful.

I went in there and received immediate help. Rick was knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he had either daughters, nieces or granddaughters (perhaps all) and he really did his best to help not only help me find the right headlight bulbs at a decent price, he also installed them. He truly is a gem, I hope this location realizes the true treasure he is of not only an employee but as a human.

What an amazing experience I had here today! I ran out of windshield wiper fluid, had a head light out and broke a windshield wiper in the car wash. As a single mom, all the car things are a tad out of my scope of knowledge. David was so helpful getting me set up with a free account, replacing all of my windshield wipers and even my headlights. I felt so overwhelmed this morning trying to figure all of this out myself and these guys really took care of me. The location is convenient and the installation of everything was free, which was amazing considering I don’t know what I’m doing in that regard, and I saved myself a pretty penny from what I was quoted at the dealership for all of this! I cannot say enough good things about this location and the service I received today. Thank you David and team! You’ve got a lifelong customer now, I feel at ease knowing I can go here for honest, fast and reliable help!

David is awesome. He diagnosed my car issue and even put my battery in. It would have cost me $200 for installation and I had absolutely no idea how do it as it’s a very intricate process and requires you to move the fuse box. Not happening! I always come here because they install wiper blades too and will even fill your windshield wiper fluid for you. Like a mini automotive repair place-The best!

I dont have to go in to the auto parts store often. When I do I always stop in at the Advance in St. Charles, and im greeted by David. He is always helpful and polite. He has even helped other family members who have gone in on separate occasions and has continued he same wonderful service.

I have been buying parts from this location for a few years. David has helped me with tool and part recommendations that worked out in my vehicle's benefit. I highly recommend you giving this location a try.

I don’t usually write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond. I believe it’s worth my time to let everyone know! I’ve been to the St Charles location now several times, and the main reason for this is because of Dave. Super nice, knowledgeable and very gracious. He always goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of! I will not use any other parts store. David and his team is the best around always helping customer

They had everything I needed for my 83 chevy pickup. Front brakes rotors calipers brake lines and all the little thing like paint. Had a guy there very helpful. I've been there 5 times now and been helped by a few guys . All of them top notch guys very hard to find. Thanks guya.

Juan and David are the best! They are both very knowledgeable, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. They've helped me out several times, not only in locating the correct parts but helping me install them as well as I know nothing about cars. They and Advanced Auto are my go to guys and auto parts store. I highly recommend them!

This store is a light to the region in helping alleviate the many burdens of dealing with auto challenges. David sets a positive tone for his team, and they all serve with excellence. Speaking of David as the manager, he's an exceptional talent with a kind heart. This place can be trusted. I know nothing about cars, and yet I love going to this store!

I need two bulbs for my Outback Subaru and they not only sold me the correct lamps but put them in for me!!!! The team in St Charles are always super helpful. Grateful!!!

I went to the Advance Auto Parts in Saint Charles IL on 4-14-25 and had the most helpful, professional service ever. I was in need of a rear brake bulb that had gone out. A young man named David knew just what to do, and was super quick in replacing it. .....life stresser changed in an instant! I would definetely recommend this auto parts store to anyone in need of knowledgable, friendly, auto parts service.

Purchased new windshield wiper blades and Jimmy very kindly installed them for me. He also talked me through my options and was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back next time I need anything!

I went in to get a headlight for my car. The staff was great: knowledgeable, kind, and funny. They even helped me install the bulbs. Amazing service and no up-charging. I've been getting my auto parts from this store for years and always have a seamless experience shopping at Advance.

Juan and company were a great help. I Needed a new battery asap on my Audi and they had the one I needed. Good team work from the employees, they threw it on in no time. They treated me well and so I would highly recommend this place.

My car was stalling on my way to work, nearest mechanic said he was too busy to take a look but advised I go to Advanced Auto parts nearby, he said they will scan my car for possible codes for the repair. I went to Advanced Auto Parts and met David Ramirez Bueno, he scanned and found possible repair codes and promptly advised on which one to repair first. He was knowledgeable and personable. David went above and beyond the call of duty, he patiently listened and truly helped me diagnose the necessary parts. And when I was installing the part the head of one of the nuts was washed, David said no worries and helped me get the nut out so I could install the part. I don't usually write reviews but David's customer service approach was just exceptional. I am going to be a customer for a long time to come. Advanced Auto Parts should have David teach the rest of the staff!

Appreciate David, always helpful when I go in for help. He's helped me with battery testing and charging system issues/question. I had a brake pad issue that AA stood behind with the help of David also. David is a honest and fair person who is super respectful. They earn my return business each time I visit this location!!!!

My Dad and I visited this St. Charles location on Labor Day. We were both very pleased with our experience. David was very friendly, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. When David heard that my Dad had bad knees, he went above and beyond to go the extra mile by helping us with my license plate. Thank you very much for making our day!!! We truly appreciate it!!! With David's experience, what was taking me and my Dad over an hour long for a project, he got finished in a matter of minutes. Again, thank you David!!! David and Juan were both very polite, friendly , and experienced. I highly recommend this location!!! You guys are truly AMAZING and AWESOME!!!
