Oct 8 2025 I live at wingpark apartments walk out this morning to go to work . My jeep was gone called 911 said they towed it because it was in visitor parking lot . But why tow ? Then after ten times the towing company who told my vehicle dan by the way said he towed it cuz I was over the line completely lieing . Wow lieing 911 or towing company looking for a money grab I live there straight shady stay away from this company and Dan . Why were these vehicles towed I’m gonna call everyday now to tell them to two the the vehicle over a line .
They damage my car when they tow my car and they say they're going to reimburse me and they don't. They steal your time! He's a low-level employee named Daniel DeLoncker because that's not how a business person works. Somebody should tell him not to talk down to people! If you have damage to your car, call the police right then and there and file a report!
This business will tow and stalk your car. Should be out of business immediately. Even the employees hate their job by how disrespectful and unprofessional they ate
After talking to towing company my Tenant and employee did not properly put sticker on window
Had they called and said they would be using a rental car and given directions to company we wouldn’t be towed
They were only doing what we asked of them
For being a 24/7 company, this guy doesn't fit the quota. He didn't answer my call 3 times, woke up sounding enirbiated, slurring his "company" name, and calling me "whiney" in the process. Very unprofessional and insecure man. Fits the job description too well.
They towed our car at 11:11pm caught them on our ring camera but our apartment complex (crestwood of Elgin) said they start towing after 11:59pm. Not sure why they are allowed to tow cars just because they need the money. Worst towing company ever.
My car was STOLEN from my parking spot, they waited for me to take my groceries inside and before I could come back to put a placard in my car it was gone! When I called the office the guy who answered the phone said we had to make a appointment to pick up the car, a hour later I went to get the car, and was told very rudely that they went to eat and I had to wait, mind you I took a Uber and was outside by myself. This company needs to be investigated
If I could rate them any lower I would. Absolutely horrible company with horrible rude employees. Towed my car wrong and all they had to offer was a sorry. Absurd they technically stole my car.
These people are horrible towed my car illegally!!!! I have a parking pass for my apartment complex and it still got towed. Only thing they could say is they got mixed up.
If you need a tow company that will never listen to your calls when you need a car towed in an illegal spot, then don't call this place cause they do not care.
The people or boss whoever i spoke with was very rude and disrespctful they told me my moms car been there for hours and when we called to get it the boss said give them 20 minutes to get the car we got there and stood outside for about 12 minutes .... Rude people
Not sure about others experience , But everyone I dealt with was Great !!! No issues. Gladly Use them again !!. Real Life Savers !!! Professional and Courtious in every way .

This company stalks vehicles during the early morning hours where I live when most people are sleeping to snatch cars from their assigned parking spots. Parking offenders who don't live here never seem to get towed but they look very hard to locate vehicles with expired license plate stickers that belong to valid homeowners. They seem to be very chummy with our property management company, equally distasteful with their business practices. Unfortunately they wake me up just about every morning at around 1-2am when they come prowling in my lot. They towed my vehicle a few years back when I was on our community board of directors and we didn't even have a signed, approved contract at the time. I needed my vehicle for a medical emergency and it was gone. Rudest people I ever dealt with. I despise their unethical and distasteful business practices and would NEVER do business with them again. I would give them a big, fat ZERO if I could.

I called and the guy was SO rude and very vague.
He said he can't go and release my car because he's not there and won't be there until the next time he has to tow a car
I work the very next morning and I was hoping I could get my car by the same day.

They were Rude. Towed my truck out of my assigned parking spot because the pass fell and even though the plates are registered with the association. Been parking there for 2 years...
They Towed my truck from my assigned parking spot, with the parking pass displayed properly because they said my License Plate had expired the day before.
They towed my car for not being in the parking lines properly despite having a permit!!! I have lived in my complex for 3 years & NEVER had a problem!!
