I had a car that was totaled for insurance purposes and they paid $2000 more than the insurance company salvage value (and $1800 more than what an independent salvage yard offered). Overall a good experience and I would recommend. Subtracted a star because I was told I would receive a call back on three occasions and needed to call them after not receiving a call back, which was a bit frustrating but their systems are good so whoever I talked with had all info available and I never needed to repeat/provide prior information. Note: Be extra careful when completing the title. When printing my name (not the signature), I slipped and needed to overwrite the last letter of my name which then required a separate form to be completed to "correct the error" because they said the state would not accept the title with any errors/miscellaneous smudges.

Enrique was extremely nice and fine UNTIL I was unable to cash my check . I called the bank it was issued from and they said they didn't do business with the issuer so now I've got a check I can't cash... Now Enrique WILL NOT respond to my calls or EMAILS. BEWARE. It has now been 3 weeks and I am still having issues with this company, I finally got the check cashed, but now they are saying I didn't sign the title which I did where I was told to. They sent me a form to sign which appears to be all about miles. This issue has nothing to do with miles. NEVER AGAIN. I have emailed / contacted multiple people and all I get is the run around.

While they did give me the most money for my car they were also the most unorganized. They have people that are incredibly hard to understand answering their phones. When asked to provide a time frame when they would pick the car up they said between 8 and 5. I asked for an hour heads up so I could make sure I was onsite to hand over the title. They called and said they would be there within 15 minutes. The driver that picked up my car was nice. But everything else was a hassle.

Once you call they call you every single day and they don’t increase the offer, after 2 weeks of trying my own ways to sell my truck the most profitable way the one fell through due to towing capabilities so I had a great team helping me through the process they picked it up in 48hours everyone was kind and guided me in the right direction they gave me a check on the spot of the agreed from when I initially called about 2 weeks prior then I finally decided to sell.
