This was a great experience.
When the trailer I was towing had a failure, Artie’s came to the rescue. The driver loaded my trailer with its cargo on the Flatbed, took it to their location, spent over an hour in the rain switching the load to a U-Haul trailer and securing it.
The office staff were also great and made whole process simple.
What good have been a disaster was saved the entire group of folks at Atite’s.

I called up Artie’s towing, the call was answered quickly, within an hour they were there, hooking up my dump truck. The driver, Robert, was kind, empathetic and very thorough. Pricing was fair and they really helped me out of a jam. I recommend them highly!
I wanted to share my experience with Artie’s Towing today and i have always used my roadside assistance thru my insurance company and i have to say i have Received a better Customer service experience from Artie’s towing service than from the service i received from my insurance company. I would recommend Artie’s Towing to any and all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work guys and gals!
Such a money grabbing business. Saw them towing cars on Chicago Street even though no one was coming to plow. This is an awful business. Not enough snow on the ground to meet the minimum requirements. The owner should be ashamed.
I called Arties Towing for help towing my car the person i talked to was very helpful the truck got there in twenty minutes and the driver was nice i was able to pay with my credit card
I was stick on the express way and they were professional and super nice! Even when my car was towed by the city picking up the car, they treated me kindly!
They told me 215 over the phone, when I arrived cashier asked if I was paying cash or card.. said I was paying cash, I was told my total is now 290… when I mentioned that was not what I was told over the phone, they said its really 305 but we will just take the 250… Felt like cashier was trying to pocket extra cash.
After they towed my car they returned it all scratched up and didn’t even apologize about it. Like i understand why they towed it but they didn’t need to leave damage to my car.
