Was broke down in the St Charles area and he was able to get out to me within an hour and got my towed back to my shop. Helped point out a couple other things i needed fixed on my truck as well

Had a major coolant leak on a 2022 Cascadia that left me stranded in Bartlett. The time between first call, arrival, and delivery of the vehicle was under two hours. There's a lot of shady operators out there, but Clarence is a real professional. Top-tier service.

I had an important local delivery route going to several customers and tractor went down while pulling a loaded trailer. Rixter responded quickly and got me swapped out so I could finish the route. The timely response and service was greatly appreciated.
Clarence from Rixter was dispatched to help me get my semi trailer back on the road after I was rear ended on 90E. The ICC bumper was pushed into the rear duals, and part of the guy's frame was broken and wedged between the top of the rear tires and underside of the trailer. Clarence responded quickly, kept in touch every step of the way, and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I love this guy's attitude, and his work ethic. He was great!

I highly recommend this guy. He help me out when my semi truck broke down in the middle of night. Answered the phones quick, got to me within a reasonable time. For sure I would use them again in the future if anything.
I stopped for gas and made THEEE WORST turn ever! Got my U-Haul stuck pretty good on the guard post. Needed a winch. Rixter fixed me right up. Great customer service, great work. I highly recommend.
Fast friendly and reasonable service. Rixter Recovery quickly and efficiently aided in the loading of 2 units at an auction for us. We would gladly employee their services again in the future!! Attached are pictures of what Rixter assisted with loading our trailer with when our winch failed.
