Tornado is great! I called for a non emergency tow and they were here within hours. He was careful with my vintage car and explained that, because it's older, it needs straps, not chains. Highly recommend.

WOW, Customer service still exists. I called to schedule an early morning pick up last week. The dispatcher ( I'm sorry I did not get his name ) was very polite and easy to speak with. I'm very particular with my vehicles, I requested tire straps instead of the metal hooks. The driver, Ulysses (sp?) was prompt, on time at 7:30am. He was very polite and understanding with my OCD. When winching the car up onto the flatbed, the tow hook was going to touch the bumper. He stopped, reversed the winch and setup race ramps. This was a pleasant surprise. He was not equipped with wood boards but actual RACE RAMPS. These provided the extra room for the car to be winched up with no interference. I followed the truck to the dealership. He was very accommodating, waiting for me to speak with the service department. They wanted the car staged in between 2 parked cars. Ulysses was quick to position the truck and placed the car perfectly. I hope I do not need a tow in the future but if I do, I will not hesitate to call Tornado Towing. A+

Tornado service provided a a terrific service. They came to the rescue when my car was stranded with with a broken axle in the middle of the road. they arrived on time and quickly towed my car to safety. very professional and quick work. will definitely recommend to friends and family.

After waiting hours for a tow from State Farm's roadside assistance, I gave up and called Tornando. They picked me up in 30-45 minutes. Would definitely recommend them.
I understand why they call it Tornado towing because they were super fast. While every other place kept trying to make me wait two and a half hours and charge me over $300 Tornado towing did not do that they were there within 30 minutes and charged a very affordable price. I was a little worried about calling them because of the lack of reviews but let me tell you something call them don't waste your time with the other towing companies.
This is my third time using this company. For hauling my car how I wanted with wheel straps vs chains too performance shops. Last time I used them was an issue with my car. Responded quickly. Not only that I was loaded faster than other companies. From loading to unloading every time it was quick and easy. I don’t bother looking for any other. They have ramps for low cars that you don’t see often also.
Ulises is very knowledgeable, efficient and has great prices. Staff is always pleasant to work with. His towing is by far top tier as I experienced his rapid response and pick up. I definitely recommend this tire shop for ALL my tire and towing services.
