The staff was friendly, but I found a few red flags from this location. I've been here 2 or 3 times before. I have never liked this location. First off, you have to park in the back and walk all the way to the front. I looked on their website at an A/C pro can for 20 ounces that was cheaper than the one they showed me in the store that was 18 ounces and more expensive. It's a very small store and most of their products are in the back where you have to ask. I was surprised I had to ask for the refrigerant, so I have no idea what the price on it actually should be. They didn't show me what the prices or anything were other than what they stated and charged me for. The fact that it's cheaper online for a larger can that they don't even seem to have or didn't wanna show me but states they have it is a red flag.
They are not friendly, hi how may I help you today? Not welcoming.
They talk amongst themselves in a foreign language basically pretty much. Ignore you… you have to wait in line and then they finally help you. I won’t be coming back.
Horrible experience. Firstly, they are not keen to pay attention to what they are doing. I ordered a part from them and was told that it would arrive on X day at noon. I go to pick up the part and am told it’ll be 3 more hours. I go back and am told they made a mistake and won’t be in till 3 days later. What’s more absurd is that the person helping me had no regard for empathizing or even apologizing. A mere “I’m not sure what I can tell you, but it won’t be in today,” is all I got. Save yourself time and go elsewhere for your needs.
Awsome place for automotive paint and supplies. They have a much bigger selection of clear coats, reducers and general paint supplies then most places. Have used them for most all the supplies I needed over the years. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area that does side work for paint supplies.
