Called to ask if my mom’s car had been towed there. Literally didn’t get to finish what I was saying, and the C U Next Tuesday who answered, just talked over me and interrupted me in a bored voice. Real quality people. Can see why she works at towing company, answering phones. Must be her sparkling customer service, phone manners and amazing skill set in life.
Damaged my car while loading and unloading. Told the tow truck driver that my car is lowered and to use ramps to get it onto the truck. He refused to listen to me and almost ripped my front bumper off allowing it to drag on the ground, breaking several clips so the alignment is all off and also damaged my very expensive carbon fiber exhaust tips. Also upon pickup the driver decided to go next door to Wendy’s and take a nice 30 minute break at 10 am with my car on his truck in plain view. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t get your car towed here if your car is lowered/modified in any way. Driver was extremely rude, ignorant, and lazy, the lady on the phone was nice and helpful though.
I use Pepe’s towing for a numerous of times they are easy to talk to on the phone. They take their job serious and they get everything done. 10/10 will recommend! !
Great customer service, great response time and their rate was fantastic. Had a spell of snow in the area and needed a tow and even though they were extremely busy with the number of vehicles needing assistance, they still came out in the time frame they outlined and got our car moved quickly and efficiently. Even though I hope to never need a tow again, we'll definitely call them first!

We had a flat tire and contacted AAA. Within 15 minutes after the call, the service technician from Pepe’s arrived, changed the tire and we were on our way. We were very happy with their fast, courteous service.
