It might sound standard, but i drive a very unique european vehicle and many places turn me away instantly on the phone, but they were very receptive and if i were ever in town again this is the first place i’d call into!

I've used Sheehan for years to rebuild alternators and starters. They are the best you will find. I put two Napa reman alternators on my VW Jetta and both failed within 24K miles. I had kept the factory unit and had Sheehan rebuild it for me. They use quality bearings and electronics. They charged exactly the same amount as the Napa remans and I'm still driving with that alternator 120K miles later.
I called them up about an electrical issue with my car and they asked me to describe the symptoms that my car was displaying. Once a gave a description of the problems to the person on the phone he told me where to start. I did what he said and the problem was corrected. He could have had me bring in the vehicle and charged me a couple hundred bucks but he didn't. I appreciate that. If I ever have an issue with something that cannot be corrected easily by me I will be taking my car to these guys.
I dont know the difference between auto repair, and auto electric repair. But my regular mechanic referred me to Sheehan when my problem was something electrical he thought was over his head. My experience with Sheehan was virtually perfect. Shame I needed a repair, but they did great with speed, effectively repaired and dealt with me professionally.
