My wife said the people working there are super friendly. They pay very very good prices for scrap metal. Just took a similar car here to scrap and they paid me way more than the stone city scrap yard in anamosa. I stopped by at this location today to drop off metals which I've never done. There was a guy who was driving around in a forklift when we pulled in to drop off metals and told us to pull forward. After we followed his instructions he continued moving around on his forklift completely ignoring me on what to do with the metals or where to put them. From a professional standpoint one should acknowledge those that are utilizing their services. He could of at least given us a heads up on where to put the metals since I've never dropped off metals at this location. The Savanna T & T location is way more helpful. Please do better.
I have been going there for some time now. Always treated with respect and with fair prices. The thing I like the most is they always thank me for coming. I appreciate their service.
Good in and out service, pay close attention to how they rate your stuff because you will get ripped off if you don't!! Cleaned a radiator and seperstedeverything and was still givenalum breakage which should have been sliver alum at higher price and my cast alum was rated as sheet alum.
Ha ha ha here’s a good one, they employ morons who don’t know anything about metals, as the guy that runs it sits there and lets them make bad decisions, it’s clearly the customers fault that they overpaid and they cancel your check leaving you 300$ short in your bank account clearly the type of place is so business with again, if you don’t get the sarcasms DO NOT TAKE YOUR METAL THEY WILL ROYALLY SCREW YOU!!!
