I came to the location in Chicago Heights in April of 2025 to have my rims put on...the cost was $60. I'm here today and the new price is 80$... I asked one worker...he referred me to a man that doesn't even work there to ask about the price EXTORTION...I asked another older man with salt and pepper hair why was the price so different and higher...this man stated....THE PRICE GO UP!!! 20$...REALLY...YEP EXTORTION!!

For a small shop they're very professional I have a highly modified 4 x 4 pickup truck and they had no problem mounting my 37 inch tires on my 20-inch rims great people highly recommend very reasonably priced

I went here 12/28 for 1 used tire. A tech brings out a tire and I pointed out a 2inch nail that was run all the way through it and said i don't want this one. They take my tire off and some guy comes out and starts haggling a price, I guess between October and December the price of a tire went up to 70 dollars because that's how much he offered me this service for. The last time I came here it was 50 per tire. I told him I only have 60 cash because it was only 50 last time and he said 60 was fine. They start mounting the tire and i pointed out that it was the same tire that had this 2 inch nail in it and I didnt want it. The tech brings the tire back in the shop for 10 seconds, brings the tire/rim back out and mounts it on my vehicle so I called the shop manager over and said I don't want this tire it has a nail in it. The shop manager waved me off and said it was fine, I told him I'm not paying 60 dollars for a tire with a nail in it. They waved me off again and said if I have any problems with it just come back. Apparently having an issue with the tire the first times wasn't enough so I'll do everyone a favor and post this so if they pull this with you call the police ASAP get an incident number and file a complaint with the attorney General and BBB. Which is what I'm going to do.

They couldn't find a leak. The guy was rude. Gave me 3 different prices for a patch and charged $10 even tho he didn't fix the tire. This place use to be cool. Not anymore.

I went to this tire shop because it was close to home. I needed all four sets of tires. And Abu the owner gave me a good deal for two tires and tire rotation. He really saved me a lot of money until I could afford the other two. I explained to him how it was my birthday and he gave me a nice birthday discount. I will be going back for the other two tires.

Great service, great staff. I love how they don't try to get over on you. Only place I will go, and I'll send my family and friends.

The guys were so helpful and even let me know I don't need another tire at this time like another place tried to tell me. It's sad that some businesses take advantage of you. I definitely recommend this place. They were so nice to me and even showed me the steps they take to make sure there are no issues or to see if there are. I appreciate them. Sorry I don't know everyone's names but I give credit to all of the workers. Thank you guys. Although I don't live in Illinois but I would take the drive to get new tires from them when I actually need them.

great used tires, ive been coming here for years they install name brand used ones. tires are so good from here, i've bought a set for my camaro and they've been to California and back and are still in great shape

I do a lot of driving across the country and got a flat tire recently. I needed 2 used tires because I was driving on a spare. Yesterday I was in Iowa and tried to find a replacement there, but every shop tried to scam me. I ended up in the Chicago area and stopped by the Sahara Tire Shop. Thankfully, I found honest mechanics who did a great job on my van. If I'm in the area again and will need used tires, this will be my go-to place!

My experience of a Sahara tires in South Chicago heights is DO NOT BUY THEY'RE TIRES. They do not fully balance any tires on the cars when they send you away. and then when you come back to tell him that you have wobbling cuz it needs balance they charge you for it extra when they should have done it with putting on the tires I had a very rude customer associate tell me that I was a crazy woman and then they don't do balancing when you purchase the tires ?that's craziness. They're supposed to balance the tires before they put it back on the car! Also their new tires they buy at a great big discount because they're all expired tires with brand new stickers on them and they're all dry rotted. I take back my one star and give them -5

Stopped by for a quick tire rotation. Was told $80. I said that’s to much then was told $60. Then another worker (Arabic) told me $50. I said how about $30 and they all laughed. would never use these idiots

The owner and all of the workers here were amazing. The team here workedtogether professionally and efficiently to change my tires and get me in and out. They were affordable and did not surpass my budget. I will be back.

We went here after getting a flat tire because it was the closest place. We had about a 4 hour drive ahead of us. When we got there we were initially greeted and thought everything was great. However, 2 hours into the car ride, the new tire they gave us started to lose air. We took it in to a reputable place when we got to our destination and this is what they found: They had put the tire on backwards and when they took that same tire off this is what the tire looked like. Absolutely reckless and dangerous to sell a tire like this to someone claiming it to be a new tire.

Big yes! This is not fancy and would won't find lattes waiting on a room with cable TV. What is lacks in ambiance it makes up for in customer service and price. I stopped in on the recommendation of Liz at Kennedy Auto Repair in Park Forest and what a blessing. The tires I needed last week were not in stock, so Big Guy Near Seven Feet ordered them and gave me a discount because service could not be provided immediately. Yesterday they were installed and it rides like new. I did forget to take the best of the old ones and use it as a spare though as it was kind of cold and windy and I forgot. I highly recommend this place.

Owner is nice his guys was a little late to work this morning so he offered me coffee and turned the tv on for me while he called them. When they came in the guys moved quick and got me a new tire and sent me on my way.

They are fast and will get you in and out but they are overpriced, especially if you have off-road tires they will charge you a miniature fortune to mount your tires. Your better off going to a discount tire or Firestone in my opinion, also they scratched my wheel pretty badly. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I called 4 times with some random questions, spoke to 3 people, each one was kind and courteous! No hassle whatsoever! When I went down there the dude was a little jolly happy fellow. I even got to see my choices of tires. The guy that put on my tire was chill af, he was a younger guy maybe about 24? I got to talk to each one of the persons that answered the phone and each one was most definitely down to earth. This is exactly the kind of place I would go back to.

I've always had a good experience there at the tire shop. the owner allows you to look at a couple of different tires before making a choice. I found his workers to be professional and helpful. The price is good they work fast, there's always other cars there which tells you that most people feel the same.

I got a tire for $45 here after I ended up with an unexpected flat. I was sent here by a friend after refusing to spend $125 at another tire shop. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The downside: they only accept cash, and the parking in extremely limited as the lot is very small and seems to stay congested with customers/parked cars. I recommend.

This isn't you typical tire shop with all the up sale nonsense. It's rough around the edges but again, straight to buisness. Straight to the point. Job well done. Owner Ahmad is great and friendly and staff are really attentive. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I was not the only customer. Really affordable prices.. I'm mean REALLY affordable. I'm recommending this place to all friends and family. I'm for real. Oh, and they cleaned my tire after putting it on. Discount Tires doesn't even do that.
