I called and asked for a part. Talked to a woman on the phone and let her know I was on my way. She said ok she would have the part at the counter. She claimed she would be there and they won’t close the door til 9 and even if so she wouldn’t have an issue with selling the part. I arrived at 8:59pm she had closed and locked the door and waved me off very rudely. She Would not come to unlock the door at all even after I knocked. Another guy saw me knocking and walked up and pretended to assist me and lied and said they hadn’t received a call all day. He Told me the lady wasn’t there when I had already seen her. It’s very rude and I will be reporting it to the manager in the morning. I didn’t get name tags but the guy was tall and white with hair and the woman was white with curly hair.

They are always nice to me and ready to help. I like that when you need to order some part it usually gets to the store in one day or less

Super friendly, attentive and patient.

Custom service is awful here. People not very helpful. Maybe it's because prices are a little better than the 2 other auto parts stores within a two block radius.

It's been a while, since I've been here. There are 3 auto parts shops, which all seem to have the same or similar business model. I also go, across the street to Advance and up the street to Auto Zone. Which one I go to depends on convenience, price and availability. I like all 3 places equally, as they are basically the same thing, in a different paper bag. ?‍♂️

I guess multi tasking isn’t a thing anymore. Because they’re on a phone call they can’t scan a product and tell me a total. 3 employees in the store and no customers but me standing in front of a guy at the counter on the phone with no help.

Informed me my order was ready for pickup. I get there to find out it's at another store when It should have already been delivered then gonna ask me to come to them. Ha really come on now. Time money gas no consideration apparently. So. Heights is more on top of their communications than the Heights. My experience anyways. Just Saying. It happens

I recommend this parts store very highly. Their employees are very honest and helpful. I have been treated honestly when I could have been ripped off and I really appreciate that!! I will continue to give them my business. Thank you O'Reilly's. Nice to know I can trust your business.

I have ordered parts from this location multiple times and they have always had the parts within the same day. The service is always friendly and professional and their prices beat out the other local auto stores.

Clean and very helpful. Helped me with putting in washer fluid and put on my window blades. Very kind and took time with everything I needed help or info about.

If Matt and Trent didn't work here, I would no longer do business there.

These guys usually have parts I need if Advanced Auto across the street doesn't have it. Thier staff could be friendlier though.

An absolute pleasant experience The guy behind the counter Nick is extremely knowledgeable and deserves a race if I were you I would definitely give it to him you can't find good help like that.

Staff was very knowledgeable and when they were out of catalytic cleaner they called another and had cans waiting for us upon arrival

I went there looking for a nice steering wheel cover for my Mouse (my smart car) I was thinking about skulls or something similar and I found it. The best part is that wasn't expensive, I paid only 12 dollars for it. My car will look cool.

check your receipt how much they charge you. 1 time may be a mistake but 3 times os hard to believe. The last time (last week) a salesperson named Clarence overcharge me $110 on a $500 parts bill. BEWARE.

I needed a headlight changed and I went to autozone, advanced auto parts and O'Reilly to try to get it put in and the only place that even tried to help was oreillys. His name was Adrian. He did an excellent job. I appreciate the help from him. This was on October 8, 2016 around 8:10 pm. He deserves a raise!!! Thank you so much :)

Adrian is the best one in their, Jeff I believe that's his name did not what he was talking about, he should be fired!
