My online order was ready and waiting when I walked in the door. Great service.

I wasn't here, recently. You are most-likely misplacing my location from Dollar Tree, next door.

The supervisor on duty did not want to take some parts that were under warranty. I think they need to train their supervisors more since he told me to come back until another supervisor was there who could take care of it.

I went in to find new battery and I found a friend.. Jailynn has got to have one imof the best if not the best customer service attitudes I have seen. She was patient, nice and helpful .. she needs a raise ASAP

Order jumper box been canceled twice. It’s there ready for pick up. The manager doesn’t like the price it was heavily discounted. Keep cancelling my order That’s how they retreat. Wonder why they closing a lot of stores!!?

Store full of people and you have one of the two employees taking out garbage. Worthless.

Good parts store, I shop here often. Sometimes lack of stock for motorcycle oils but still number 1 stop!

Well stocked, friendly helpful staff, great place to shop. Some items may need to be special ordered though. Usually doesn't take too long to get.

Mr. Allan was awesome, and very knowledgeable,courteous, and very professional. I needed a car battery …I arrived at approximately 6:15pm I had to make 7:00pm rehearsal, and Mr. Allan made it possible for me to make my rehearsal. THANKS TO MR. ALLAN

The male was a kind cashier. The Caucasian woman had a bad vibe and was eating peanut butter in front of customers. People were complaining. Big no no..

This is my go-to place for parts in steger/so. Heights. Always helpful, veteran friendly, disability friendly. Staff is mor3 hel0ful than O'reily's across the street.

Nice & clean i'm in and out,employees are friendly Pam was really helpful.Talking one on one well although there was two of us, she should be training other stores about good customer service Especially with this new breed of workers in the world.

I like the store, the prices are competitive with there competitors. Parts have usually been decent quality. My biggest complaint is that they only give discounts if you purchase online. So cash paying customers get screwed. Doesn't make sense to me.

Incredible service at this location. I was instantly greeted and assisted in all of my auto needs. Juan helped me find the proper materials for my car, and even looked through many sources to make sure I did not purchase the wrong tool for changing the oil filter on my car, since it is an odd style of oil filter. He recommended windshield wipers and explained why he preferred that kind, and then even helped me put them on since I did not know how. Fantastic friendly and helpful service! Would definitely recommend using this location for your auto parts needs.

Covid is rampant. I asked the clerk to put his mask on twice. He never did. I was just there to pick up a prepaid part, otherwise, I would have left. I got my part and quickly left. Very poor policy...

Each visit to Advanced Auto Parts is always quite a delight. The staff at this location is alwaya very helpful, knowledgable, willing, and happy. They always do a good job with questions, solutions and orders. Very prompt and welcoming every time. This is my favorite location so far. After using other retailers they seem to always suit my needs best.

Len was very helpful and let me make the decision as to what I wanted for my car. He showed me what was best for my car and the prices and left the decision up to me. Len was also the perfect salesman by offering the opportunity to be on their email list if I would like to be in on savings and promotions. He never pressured me on anything. S.
