for flatbeds, can only check in 30 mins early , security gate lady was pleasant , go out back to receiving who will tell you where to go , also a nice lady , less than 30 minutes to unload, very polite fork lift drivers

For all truck drivers, this location is easy to find! Upon arrival, please slide your tandems to the rear and make sure you know the trailer number you are there to get . A pick up number isn’t good enough. I recently learned that. In my experience, the staff is kind. I can’t promise you , you’ll be in & out of here. I was very surprised & disappointed to learn from a spotter , and a woman at the desk that they could not provide me a lot location for my loaded trailer. I wasted a lot of time searching for my box on their huge yard. I was happy to find it and roll out

For flatbed, Sundays they are open 24 hours, come within 30 minutes of you're appointment time or you will be turned around waiting for dispatch to get you a new appointment, sign at guard gate says open mon- Friday 6am to midnight
When you get there you need to enter the main building, there signs saying check in at security office, posted to the guard shack but no indication as to where that is. It's the main building on the other side of the outbound lane. Need to go in when enteringing and leaving as you need to wear a badge when outside the truck
Old autistic gate lady with earmuffs is astonishingly rude. I pulled up to the STOP sign and she literally SQUAWKED at me. (I think she thought I was going to go through the gate?) I got out to go back to the window and said sorry I thought I was supposed to stop at the STOP sign. No, apparently I'm supposed to stop 15 feet before the sign (making less room for the long line behind me) and hand off paperwork through the window 3 feet below mine. She told me, "If you were looking then you would have seen my window was open." OK then where are the signs saying stop at the window and leave a 15 foot gap in front? Then she yelled at me because I didn't know I was supposed to write information on all 3 BoLs.
Prepare to spend at least 90 minutes here for a drop and hook. There is never more than one person handling inbound and outbound, so it can be up to 30 minutes to get in or out. It is also a 5+ minute drive just to go all the way around the perimeter to the receiving office, and all the way back out the same way. And the backing is very tight.
My appointment was at 8am, I showed up at 7:45 and they turn me away, I return about three more times that same day and finally get to the receiving office only to get turned away for being late.
This place is about as bad as it gets.
Was sitting for a few minutes and had a yard driver in front of me the whole time. Waited until I disconnected and pulled out from trailer to tell me to move tandems. Really dude? Couldn't of just came to me to tell me before I did that and waste my time. Safe to say I wasn't nice after that
I drop and hook here couple times here?, the place it’s busy and make sure you come with paperwork 3copies, now some parking it’s under construction ?so it’s a little bit tight to drop the trailer or some time there is no room or spaces ?
I get having to wait to be loaded, plus they didn't make me wait long, the issue is everyone's attitude! I'm waiting for the person to tell me which dock I'm backing into and some jag*ff tell me I can't be parked the because I'm in the way. First off I wasn't parked! I was waiting! Soon as I moved my spot cleared out that's when I really lost it. Literally 5 more seconds but the guy has nothing better to do I guess. People need to get laid ?
It's a crowded place they've got guidelines that security guard just makes you follow those at 9:00 appointment 45 minutes was as early as I could show up have your three copies of your bill of lading have your trailer number in your truck number on there be polite and she'll be polite and give you directions other than that no issues just long way in Long Way out
Drivers, Everyone is rude here. I don't know why. If you ask them to explain again, they will screw up on you. And it is hard to reach out the landing gear when you pick up your trailer. Bad place for the truck drivers. Avoid to drive to them.
Garbage gate people. Inattentive, deaf, no common sense and borderline stupid.
Tiffany Wilson was so sure she was doing her job well that she was hiding her badge when I asked for her name.(which was the first thing i saw when i pulled in).
Hardly anywhere ever to drop your trailer! Have 3 copies of everything! Be prepared to wait at the entrance gate in a long line!! It’s usually 1 person at the security gate working inbound & outbound going side to side! The line will be long! Also, be lucky if you get a spot to drop your trailer!! Even if you do, really tight spaces. If you don’t have an appointment TURN AROUND call your dispatch to get one!!! Yes! You need an appointment JUST TO DROP A TRAILER which is insane! Lady at the security gate was pretty decent besides the reviews I’ve read. Yard dogs were very helpful with you dropping a trailer if you can’t get into the tight spots, they’ll tell u to drop it and they’ll do it. DO NOT MISS THE TURN! It’s right by the lights! I missed it and went down to the employee parking to turn around which was enough room to do so in a 53! Other than that, you’ll be ok. Truck stops were pretty far away also. The places you can go and park were pretty full. This was early in the day about 2pm. You’ll travel through a maze to get to the back where the trailers are if you need to drop. I’d say, just drop where’ve u see a spot and let them know on the way out where you dropped at. They was fine with that! Stay safe drivas! Btw insta @imbribanks

The Gate security is the wors person ever she is thinking the drivers are driving small cars , no they are driving SEMI trucks , they can not turn around because you are bad person , because you have a bad morning. we delivering for 10 years to so many compnies like , TESLA , and only here the gate person is doind what she want's, the managment need to take care of this , you need to star respecting the drives who are working so hard for you .
Unprofessional employees. No truck friendly at all. Slow and lazy. Be ready to spend here min 4 h just because they are not ready for loading. They are always not ready. Was 3 times here and 3 times with problems. Where is a minus 5 stars button?
Trailer lots are very tight, and your trailer is rarely where they say it is. Also, be prepared for a live load even if you're expecting a drop and hook. It seems as if there is more volume than this site can handle efficiently. The folks here are nice enough, though.
Lady guard was very unprofessional and rude. She laughed at my accent and acted like she was doing a big favor. I had a hard enough time to get their map, so I hope it'll help someone.
Very polite welcoming. Friendly. Appreciative for calling to inform them that someone/another company was using their name name to promote the business they were representing. Like them. Would inform them again if the same situation were to arise in the future.
It shouldn't take 25 minutes to get through the gate. One person to deal with traffic coming & going. They need a new guard shack building. Where we put our mt's smh.. allow me to redesign your mt yard please. ☆☆☆☆☆ for the staff.. but y'all need to redisgn certain areas. 45 minutes to deal with a GS? REALLY?
The guard Jason was awesome, as far as the guys in dock 57 I can’t say the same for them. I had one skid and I backed in and the guy got it off immediately. Once he got done I thought he would come and sign my paperwork so I could leave, but no he waved me off like give him a minute. He continues to do what he’s doing as I’m just standing there like a tree. I try to ask him is he going to sign the bol and he’s like I’ve unloaded you that’s all I do. Then he says go over there and call so and so. I look at where he’s pointing and there’s a million and one things. Then the guy in charge JAMES MCANDLE comes at me like I’m the problem, I try to explain to him I’m trying to get my paperwork signed but your guys are blowing me off like I’m not here. These guys are unprofessional and have a lack of respect for others. I would never let anyone enter my place of work and not help them out. These guys lack moral character and give caterpillar and bad look as a company.
Just had a load of skids that took the shipper 1/2 to load. Took this place one and a half hours to unload. They take some off and I would sit for ever before they took more off. Finally went to the door to look in to see what they where doing. They saw me and started unloading me again. Don't be in a hurry here.
Make sure you don't slide your tandems when in a spot right before you drop because a dumbass yard jockey will make up a story you hit a trailer because yard jockeys apparently think sliding tandems is hitting a trailer and they'll do a report ooooo scary.
Some tandems are sticky and it sounds pretty awful when they won't move then just slide and slam into the slide stop!
