Initially bought battery with 3-year warranty for 2014 Honda Odyssey in October of 2023. Went bad 11 months later in September of 2024. Took it in for a warranty replacement. That one went bad 16 months later in January of 2026. Took it in and notified there is only one replacement under warranty and they would not replace. Don’t necessarily blame this specific store as it is apparently a corporate policy but if they won’t stand by their own branded products I will not be shopping at O’Reilly for any of my business.
Thank you, thank you! These people are AWESOME! Went in to get a new battery for my cars key fob…After opening it and finding out the size, the manager went in back and promptly came back with a battery and said “Merry Christmas”…even put it in for me…they didn’t charge me anything! I was in shock and said “thank you”! Made my day!! Thank you so much!! ?
Just have to say for what seemed like a new employee Katrina was a great help! She jumped right on the computer did exactly as I was asking her and even figured out a part number on something I would’ve never imagined had a part number! I only use O’Reillys so I guarantee I will see you guys again sometime in the future! Great job, Katrina!
If ever there was a perfect store manager, Lamont is it. He is the most kind, considerant, friendly, and helpful person anyone could ever ask for. His knowledge is second to none. Every time I come into this store I actually feel like he truly cares about me and my vehicle. He doesnt ever try to just sell me a part if I really dont need it. He takes the time to listen and continually gives the very best customer service anyone could ever ask for. I hope the O'Reilly company understands how valuable of an employee they have.
Very friendly. Took four batteries in for credit and one to exchange in. It was bad they just replaced it. Help me got the batteries out of the truck and put the new batteries in the truck
I found out a had a dead battery late on Sunday. Called the store and Bob quickly located the correct battery for my car and gave me pricing. I then brought in the old battery and Bob and Jeremey immediately set to work taking off the remaining hardware, despite it being stuck on quite solidly. This was all approximately 10-15 minutes before closing. Really appreciated their customer service and great attitudes.
We had a great experience at O’Reilly’s in Morton. Bob assisted us during both of our unrelated trips in the last week. He was helpful, funny, sold us the right parts, and even installed our new windshield wipers. Thank you for your great customer service!!
Lemonte and Bob are literally super stars!!! We are new to the area and my car would not start today! I called O’ Reilly and they were both so helpful and accommodating! I got my car started and I was in/ out with a new battery with in 10 minutes!!! Their kindness was so wonderful to have through a stressful situation. Thank you again!!! I 1000% recommend these guys!!!
My mom and I broke down at a gas station in Morton on 9/14/24 we were 1500 miles from home and didn’t know what to do. Bob went out of his way and came to the gas station and found out the starter had gone out in our truck. He got it running for us and showed me how to get it started if it happened again!
Robert helped me out immensely. What started as a simple License Plate Bolt turned out to be a much larger job. Robert went above and beyond. I definitely could not have done it without his help.
Always receive really good service when going into O'Reillys for my automobile needs. I like that they're knowledgeable and try to help you save some money too! I will definitely be back again!
Always so very helpful. And a huge shout out to Bob! I brought my grandmother's old 2009 cobalt and her headlight was out and it can be a little hard getting that headlight in there, thanks to Bob he did that and a blinker in 10-15min, made sure it was working and good to go! Thanks a lot for the help Bob!
The assistant manager needs to quit bringing her kid to work and letting him get in customers way, thought it was an Auto Parts store not a daycare...also needs to dress alittle more professionally instead of going to commercial customer accounts dressed like she's working at a strip club...
I prefer this store over any others in town. The usually have what I need and it's usually not super busy. The staff is always helpful and friendly if you need them. If they're not busy and you look a little lost they will ask if you need help. It's usually a much faster in-and-out and better prices here than others in town.
I recieved the best customer service here not once but twice! When the bearded older gentleman is working you will get the best customer service and that is why I will always come here. He installed a car battery for me and didn't charge me for a part until he was sure it would work.
Competitive prices convenient location but there is only a few people that work there and actually take customer service seriously three guys that were there today seem like they would ratherhe doing absolutely anything else besides helping the customer stood in line for five or six minutes until two other employees randomly appeared from the back
Great guys! Very helpful! I've left Advanced Auto several times lately very upset with how rude they were. I will definitely be spending my money at O'Reilly from now on.
I brought my car there to get checked. We had some issues with the first guy that helped us but he was very nice just new. When a more experienced worker helped everything was taken care of! Everyone there has great customer service and friendly!
Lemonte is a great manager and has good people working for him! They always have what I need or can get it quickly for good pricing. They price match all others and go the extra mile to help. Highly recommend!
