Great experience. Very professional and respectful. I originally had a quote for $1300 they realized the part didn’t need replaced and instead of replacing it anyway just fixed it and charged me $270 instead.
I took my daughter’s car in a few weeks ago for an oil leak and it was diagnosed and fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend Frank’s and will be taking our vehicles there from now on.
Took my lawn mower tire there because a local lawnmower service business couldn’t help me. The guy there (didn’t get his name) helped me right away. I am excited to see how they do with handling my vehicles. They have just earned my business. I will be bringing my cars there now.
I've always heard great things about Frank's from people I work with. They even got my car in fast to give me a quote on what was wrong with it. I gave them 3 stars because after they looked at it, I stopped by twice and called twice to ask about the quote, and the owner wasn't there each time or gave me a call back. So I ended up taking it to Byers down the road, got in, and fixed my car.
Found ourselves between Washington and Morton needing a tow to Uftring's in Pekin. Made a phone call and Frank's was highly recommended to us. Didn't need to wait long for them to show up. Very friendly and personable, going beyond what we had expected, and very reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to recommend them. This shop is top notch They are priced fair and do quality work. I’m a frequent customer due to the amount of miles I put on my car for work. They know my car is a tool used for work and make sure even routine maintenance is carried out well. Turn around time is pretty quick as well.
Got my corvette towed after I stalled at an intersection in Morton. They responded quickly and even helped me push my vette back into my garage after dropping it off.

Overview: If you are looking for a trustworthy and affordable repair shop consider using Frank's. They have a "good name" in a small town which counts for a lot..as there are some others that don't(won't name names).
Main Points: They cover the main things you are looking for when needing repairs namely -
1. They are fair -We've never felt like we were being lied to or scr@wed
2. They are friendly / professional and provide good customer service e.g. pick you up/drop you off it needed. My Wife loves these guys because they don't talk down to her.
3. They are fast and affordable - sure some repairs take longer than others but they get after it and always consult if something unexpected pops up.
4. They fix it the first time - your mileage may very but we've had excellent results.
Bottom Line:
We've been taking our Chrysler Mini-Van and Toyota Corolla to Franks for service for years e.g. tires, exhaust, door opening issues, etc, etc and do not have anything negative to report....I'm sure there will be some negative reviews given we are dealing with car repairs , however, we've always found them to be reputable so take your vehicle to Franks with confidence that it will be repaired skillfully and at a reasonable cost.
Friendly and efficient! They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change and got it done in less than an hour--even backed my car into the parking space to make it easier for me to get out!
I have had tires mounted and wheel bearings replaced at this service center. They have been prompt both times and done everything exactly as it should have been done. I highly recommend them. I do not trust many people to work on my car. I trust these people; they are excellent.
I bought a car from a dealer in bloomington that started to give me issues within a few weeks of purchase. Long story short car lot mechanics had my car for three weeks ,"which is ridiculous by the way". They fixed oil leak but never fixed the other major issues of loss of acceleration and a loud ticking/ knocking noise. I finally got it back check engine light came back on and still running rough. I called Franks and spoke with Kyle who was able to properly diagnose the issue and fixed it! It was the timing chain/belt. After approximately 4 weeks I now have my car back and it runs well again?♥️ Thank you Kyle! I will definetely do business with Frank's again and probably take my other vehicle there as well!

Frank's has always been able to get us right in and usually fixed that day. They have been really great at looking at our cars and telling us what the problem is and have even looked at it without a fee because we always bring it to them to fix it. The guys are always friendly helpful. Prices have usually been cheaper than others I have compared too.
We have been using Franks for years and have always received great service. This last week they went over and above. Our car stalled on the expressway during rush hour and Kyle came right out with the tow truck and got us out of what could have been dangerous situation. Hats off to Franks!
Fast, efficient and affordable service. I dropped my car off with no notice and they had the battery replaced and oil changed within 3 hours. I’ve been overcharged for labor in the past at local places but they didn’t tack on any labor charges for replacing the battery.
We have going to Frank's for our tire needs for 7 years. I am always recommending them because the are great at what they do and the prices are very reasonable.

I had such a wonderful experience here this morning. They got me right in and were so quick to help me. I came in with a flat tire this morning and weekend travel plans. They patched my tire for me and I was in and out in under an hour. I will definitely be back! Great place!
My delivery truck's alternator died on the highway just before the exit to Morton while it was raining at 2:30 in the morning. I called a "24 hour roadside assistance" company that I won't mention here. They came and jumped me. It took him about an hour to get to me from Peoria. He brought one of those portable battery chargers and jumped my battery. It started immediately. But as soon as he disconnected it died. Twice. So he determined that it was the alternator and agreed to drive my fiancé and I into Morton to the new Casey's had station there on Detroit I think the street name is. (north of the police station)That was $35. I had been in there a few times and the young man who works there third shift was always professional and courteous (and sometimes funny). I explained the situation and told him we would be there until at least 6:30. And that I was probably probably going to take a nap at ones of his tables and he said "OK. Cool. No problem." So at 6:30 I call a mechanic...the earliest opening one in town, but he doesn't have towing ability and referred me to some other guys to tow the van to his shop. The guy at Casey's (wish I'd have gotten his name) was mopping near by told us about Frank's. Which, by the way, was literally right across the street. I walked over there and they main guy gets there about 15 minutes late then takes another 15 minutes to open, so 7:30...4 stars...he gets together with the guys and decide on a plan of action. I was on a deadline you see. So they decide they should go and strap a portable charger to the battery and strap the hood down then get followed back to the shop. It worked. Then Lonnie (shout out dude) gets on the phone and gets the new alternator delivered as he removes the dead one. The whole time he puts the new one in, he is running a friendly and occasionally educational conversation with Johnnie and I. All of this happened in an hour of dude opening the shop. The final cost... Drum roll please... $340.72!!! I know right?! Including going to get it. Don't quote this price. They didn't actually have to tow it. That would be more. And the alternator was right on top so was relatively easy to get to. And, of course, core charge was theirs. But I know you would have a great experience getting your car fixed there. They guys are all friendly and very knowledgeable. I met my deadline guys. Thanks very much! Very pleased! I'll be to see you again!
This service center is phenomenal! We had our vehicle break down on I-155 and they came and towed the vehicle and while we were there they helped us locate a rental car at the Peoria airport and were kind enough to give us a ride to the airport so we could make a very important meeting the next morning. They are good people and made us feel so at ease!
