Went there unsure of what was wrong with my vehicle and why it was having trouble starting. They figured out that it was my battery for completely free. They recommend I went to Autozone to see if my battery warrenty was still relevant, which it was not and Autozone quoted me about $200 for a new one. I went back to Rexx and told them what had happened, and they installed a new battery for me for just over $90. On top of that, they were extremely patient with me (as I know nothing about cars) and were very kind. I was out of there in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend!
Needed a starter battery for my toyota prius today. They had the correct battery in stock and diagnosed the issue and replaced battery immediately. Very good and quick service. Didn't have to wait around at all. Thanks much. Refreshing........forgot to mention the price was more than reasonable.
Was havin car problems and unsure of exactly what as my first battery test came back okay, he tested alternator and battery and figured out it was bad battery all in roughly 5 mins. Threw the new battery in in about another 5 mins (battery wasn't outrageously expensive either) tried to throw him a 10 for his help as it made my day so much easier, didn't even take it and gave great service through and through. Definitely recommend!!

Had a mower issue, Rexx ran diagnostic test on battery, tested out ok. Staff suggested several other possible sources for my problem, no charge. Rexx staff earns a big 5 star rating for customer service. These guys are hospitable, knowledgeable guys who don't make a person feel bad about asking questions. Have purchased 2 vehicle batteries from them, price was very reasonable. Rexx is always my first stop for batteries. Thank you.
I recall when I was younger how businesses gave awesome customer service. I'm thankful that some still do. And, here in Lincoln we are blessed to have them.
Brian does an excellent job. Helped me swap out my old battery, replaced a bad cable, and verified my alternator was working properly. Very good service and batteries are well priced. Will go back every time I need a battery.
Checked lithium ion 18650 and got it to charge even though they could have sold me a new one. Polite and helpful on the phone and in person. Will buy batteries for electronics projects there from now on.
Took handicap car there, wouldn't start for mom. He tested and said battery bad. Replace with new battery, cost $80. No place cheaper and professional. Highly recommend
If I could give 6 stars, I would. Completely honest. I've been there before to buy a new battery. They tested the old one and informed me it was still good, and that I had a problem somewhere else. They easily could have just sold me a new one.

Stripped out my battery post (side mount) and just keep trying to tighten it up when I take it there. Had nothing but problems with the battery, yet they won't replace it, just tighten it up and send me on my way.
