When they finally tow your vehicle they make it almost impossible to get your stuff out of it highly recommend not using them
They are very hard to get a hold of called over 30 time
AAA left us waiting on the side of the highway for 4 hours. Ron's picked us up in 40 minutes.
The driver even recommended some places we could drop the car off for the night that wouldn't cost $$. Both pickup and drop-off were quick and easy.
Had coolant seal failure while traveling. We were 10 miles from Lincoln but Ron's was there to help with fast friendly service and also acknowledged Mounts was a great choice. Towed to Mounts Automotive in Lincoln. Definitely recommend!
These guys will go out of their way to take care of you!! Highly recommend this company. I was stranded on the side of the interstate with a blown out trailer tire. No one carries them but Walmart and hardware stores. After calling multiple roadside services companies, with no luck, I found Rons towing. They went out of their way to drive to Walmart to buy what I needed, and came and swapped for me on the side of the road. Can’t express enough how absolute awesome this company is!! Take all your business the Rons towing!!
THANK YOU to Dustin (I think that was his name) who was dispatched onto 155 through my roadside assistance! He came and put my donut tire on my car and then told me that he’d follow me to the tire shop! I had my five year old grandson with me and his attentiveness and caring attitude was appreciated by me as well as by my son (my grandson’s dad). Highly recommend Ron’s Towing!
Employee driving tow truck with plate #5443 driving recklessly through traffic on the interstate weather conditions that are already icy. Sleeting and snowing. Almost caused a 6 car wreck and I don’t even think he realized it because he was driving so fast weaving through the three lanes of traffic!
VERY professional, accommodating and friendly. They were upfront and honest with the cost and ETA, contacting me when they said they would. They got my vehicle to its destination in a timely manner. I forgot to get the receipt from them, however, again, they got it to me immediately. Don't like to say this but I really hope I don't have an issue that I would need them again, however, if I do, I will definitely not hesitate! Thanks again!!!
Great experience! We were traveling and broke down on the interstate. They came quickly and picked us up and even dropped us off at a truck stop where we waited for a ride. Our driver even thought to bring us to a place that has tables where we could wait with all our luggage!
Fast service, best price in at least 30 miles and very friendly! An all around great experience in the midst of the aftermath of an accident! Highly recommend!
Blew a tire on my 42’ 5th wheel just north of Lincoln around 11:00 am on a Sunday. No spare because I blew one on the other side on the trip down. Ron answered quickly, sent his guy out, who took the rim back to the shop, mounted the tire, and came back and got the job done. Helpful, friendly, fast. Can’t ask for more than that!
Excellent roadside service changing tire on our camper. Showed up within 15 minutes. Young man knew his job. Got the spare out, used our leveling boards to have us pull forward onto them to lift the rear axle to change the tire. So much safer than a jack.
Recently had a family members car impounded and I spoke with the person rising the vehicle I was quoted 225 to get it right then but did not have another person to drive it. I asked what it would be the following day and was told it would increase by 50$ a day. I picked the vehicle up later the next day and was charged 490$!!!!!! The price more than doubled over night. I feel that I was taken advantage of and miss informed about the rates. I feel this company misrepresented information and charged me unfairly.
