In 2023, my father-in-law paid Solutions Auto Group $4,000 cash to replace the transmission in one of his vehicles. Despite having the car for over a year, the transmission was never repaired or replaced.
When we finally picked up the vehicle to fix it ourselves, the mechanic promised that the $4,000 would be refunded within one week. It has now been more than a week, and no refund has been issued. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
I have worked with Jay the owner over the years! Most knowledgeable, fair, honest and does fantastic work on foreign cars!! Very reliable and customer focused!
Brandy at the front desk is such a hard worker and very friendly to everyone! Lavonte found what was wrong with my car in a timely manner and explained the issue clearly to me, even showing me the part and the specific area that was broken. They made sure the repair was covered under my warranty, gave me a ride home while my car was being repaired, and even delivered it to me at home after it was done! Great place!
I personally know the owner of this facility. He is an honest stand up man. He is all about service and integrity. I fully trust him and I know I can count on him for any and all needs I may have.

I went to Solutions Auto Group because it was recommended by a friend and I'm so glad I went. The service provided was on point and the prices are reasonable. I decided to leave my truck there to actually have all the work done that was suggested. I'm trusting they will do a great job, will give an update when completed.
Drove my car there for repairs and had to have it towed home they are so full of it and I'm without a car and they won't accept responsibility I would never ever use them or recommend them to anyone!!! Ripoff
